 Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն օգոստոսի 9-ին ընդունել է Մելքոնյան վարժարանի՝ տարբեր տարիների մի խումբ շրջանավարտների, ովքեր «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ ճանաչողական այցով ժամանել են Արցախ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ողջունելով  հյուրերին` Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ուրախություն է հայտնել իրենց հանգիստը հայրենիքում կազմակերպելու համար և նշել, որ Արցախը միշտ գրկաբաց է իր զավակների և բարին կամեցող բոլոր այցելուների առջև: Ներկայացնելով հայ բարերաների միջոցներով Արցախում իրականացվող սոցիալ-տնտեսական, կրթական ծրագրերը և հիմնադրամի դերը Արցախի զարգացման գործում՝ վարչապետն ընգծել է, որ «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնա դրամը լավագույն խողովակներից է սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցներին Արցախի սոցիալ-տնտեսական ծրագրերում ներգրավելու համար:

«Նշանակալի է հիմնադրամի դերը հատկապես ճանապարհաշինության և կրթության ոլորտներում: Կառավարության հետ համաֆինանսավորմամբ Արցախում արդեն ավարտին է հասցվում դպրոցաշինության ծրագիրը, իսկ ճանապարհաշինության ուղղությամբ ռազմավարական նշանակության ձեռնարկ է Մարտակերտ-Վարդենիս մայրուղու կառուցումը, որը կավարտվի մի քանի ամսից: Առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է հիմնադրամի միջոցներով մեկնարկել մի ծրագիր, որի շրջանակներում 5 երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքներին բնակարան է տրվելու»,- ասել է վարչապետը:

Կառավարության ղեկավարն ափսոսանք է հայտնել արտերկրի հայաշատ վայրերում գործող հայկական կրթօջախների, մասնավորապես, Մելքոնյան վարժարանի փակման վերաբերյալ՝ շեշտադրելով դրա բացասական հետևանքները սփյուռքում հայապահպանության և մատաղ սերնդի հայեցի ու համամարդկային դաստիարակության գործում: Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հանրապետության վարչապետին ջերմ ու անմիջական մթնոլորտում կայացած հանդիպման  համար՝ հյուրերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել այսուհետ ևս աջակցելու հայրենանպաստ ծրագրերին:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, պատասխանելով ներկաների տարբեր հարցերին և անդրադառնալով հանրապետության տնտեսության զարգացման գերակա ուղղություններին, ընդգծել է, որ  հայրենիքում արված  ցանկացած ներդրում համարվում է հավերժական:
