Մարդկանց հետ շփումը հեշտ բան չէ։ Հաճախ մենք նույնիսկ սեփական եսից չենք կարողանում գլուխ հանել։ 
Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում հայտնի հոգեբան Միխայիլ Լիտվակի խորհուրդները, որոնք կօգնեն կյանքի կարևոր հարցերում։

① Ես չգիտեմ, թե ինչն է հաջողության տանում, սակայն ես գիտեմ, թե ինչն է տանում անհաջողության. բոլորին դուր գալու ցանկությունը։

②Ուզո՞ւմ ես իմանալ, թե ով է քո գլխավոր թշնամին. նայիր հայելուն։ Հաղթի՛ր նրան, և մյուսները կընկրկեն։

③ Ընկերների հետ շփվելը հաճելի է, իսկ թշնամիների հետ՝ օգտակար։

④ Հարաբերությունների խզման ու աշխատանքից դուրս գալու միայն մի հարգելի պատճառ կա. ստեղծված իրավիճակում անձնական աճի հնարավորության բացակայություն։

⑤ Թե՛ ընկերների, թե՛ թշնամիների հետ միայն երջանկությամբ կիսվիր։ Ընկերը կուրախանա, թշնամին կտխրի։

⑥Մի՛ վազիր երջանկության հետևից, այլ գտիր այն վայրը, որտեղ այն ապրում է։ Եվ երջանկությունն ինքը քեզ կգտնի։ Կարող եմ հուշել վայրը, թե որտեղ է գտնվում երջանկությունը. այն քո մեջ է, իսկ դրան տանող ճանապարհը սեփական կարողությունների կատարելագործումն է։

⑦ Երջանկությունը ճիշտ կազմակերպված գործողությունների ազդեցության արդյունքն է։

⑧  Եթե ինչ-որ մեկը քեզ մեղադրել է անշնորհակալ լինելու մեջ, միանգամից հարցրու, թե որքան արժեն նրա ծառայությունները, փակիր պարտքերդ ու այլևս երբեք այդ մարդու հետ գործ մի ունեցիր։

⑨ Եթե դու ինչ-որ մեկին որևէ բան ես ուզում համոզել, նշանակում է՝ դու ապրում ես հանուն այդ մարդու։ Եթե դու ապրում ես հանուն քեզ, ապա որևէ անհրաժեշտություն չկա որևէ բան ապացուցել ինչ-որ մեկին։

⑩Երազանքները մեր կարողությունների ձայներն են։ Օրինակ՝ ես չեմ երազում օպերայում երգելու մասին. չկա ոչ մի ձայն, ոչ մի արձագանք։ Իսկ եթե երազեի, ապա այդ երազանքը «կտաքացներ» իմ կարողությունները։ Հետևաբար ես կփորձեի օպերայում հայտնվել։ Պարզապես անհրաժեշտ է մտածել, թե ինչպես է պետք է իրականացնել այդ երազանքը։ Այստեղ կարևորը չշտապելն է, այդ դեպքում ամեն ինչ ավելի արագ կստացվի։ Լավ է, երբ մարդը կարող է ինքն իր մասին ասել. «Ես միայն զբաղված եմ իմ երազանքն իրականացնելով»։

⑪ Իմանալու համար, թե ինչպես են մարդիկ վերաբերում քեզ՝ պատմիր նրանց քո պլանների ու երազանքների մասին։ Նա, ով թաքուն նախանձով է լցված քո նկատմամբ, կքննադատի քեզ։ Իսկ նա, ով քո լավն է ցանկանում,  կհուշի քեզ, թե ինչպես կարող ես անել դա։

⑫ Մարդու հետ շփվելիս հիշիր, որ նա իր մասին լավ կարծիք ունի։
