Երևանում առաջին անգամ օգոստոսի 15-ին կացկացվի խելահեղ ու գունազարդ վազք: Այս միջոցառումն անցկացվել է աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում՝ Ռուսաստան, ԱՄՆ, Ավստրալիա, Բրազիլիա, Կանադա, Չիլի, Չինաստան, վերջապես այն արդեն հասել է Հայաստան: Միջոցառման կազմակերպիչը Run Armenia նախագիծն է: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով runarmeni a.org կայք, սա վազք է, որտեղ տարիքը և սպորտային պատրաստվածությունը նշանակություն չունի: Yerevan Color Run-ը խոստանում է լինել մասնակիցների կյանքի ամենաուրախ և զվարթ երեք կիլոմետրը:

Վաղ առավոտյան բոլոր մասնակիցները հանդիպում են Մարզահամերգային համալիրի տարածքում, ֆիթնես նախավարժանքի միջոցով տաքացնում են մկանները և պատրաստվում ամենասպասված մեկնարկին: Այնուհետև վազքուղու ամբողջ ընթացքում ոտքից գլուխ լցվելու են գունավոր և բացարձակ անվնաս փոշեներկեր, որից հետո վազքուղու վերջում մասնակիցները պարզապես չեն ճանաչի ոչ իրենց ընկերներին, և ոչ էլ իրենք իրենց: Սա զվարճալի վազք է, մասնակիցների արդյունքները չեն չափվելու, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, վազքուղին առաջինն անցած երեք տղաները և աղջիկները կպարգևատրվեն մրցանակներով: Վա զքից հետո սպասվում է երաժշտական գունազարդ հրավառություն և պար:
