Ցեղասպանության ինստիտուտ-թանգարանի տնօրեն Հայկ Դեմոյանը Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հարևանությամբ գտնվող Մարզահամերգային համալիրի վաճառքի մասին իմացել է մամուլից: 

Հարցրեցինք, որպես տարածքում տեղակայված թանգարանի տնօրեն, այդ տարածքի մեծ մասի պատասխանատու՝ Դեմոյանի հետ համալիրի վաճառքի վերաբերյալ որևէ քննարկում եղե՞լ է: Նա Panorama.am-ին ասաց. «Բացարձակապես, ես տեղեկացել եմ մամուլից, որևէ տեղեկություն նախօրոք չեմ իմացել, նույնիսկ հիմա էլ չգիտեմ մանրամասն, թե դա ինչ է նշանակում»:

Համալիրի վաճառքի վերաբերյալ կառավարության որոշման մասին Դեմոյանը ձեռնպահ է մնում որևէ մեկնաբանություն անել.
«Ես գերադասում են հիմա լռել, որովհետև շոշափելի որևէ բան չկա, որի հիման վրա մենք քննադատենք, խոսենք կամ չգիտեմ՝ հայրենսաիրական ձևակերպումներ տանք: Սպասենք, տեսնենք՝ իրականում դա ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում, որից հետո կարձագանքենք»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հինգշաբթի կայացած կառավարության նիստում ՊՆ-ին պատկանող Մարզահամերգային համալիրը 30 մլն դոլարով վաճառվեց «ՆՏԱԱ ԻՆՎԵՍՏՄԵՆՏ ԳՐՈՒՊ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությանը (հասցեն` ՀՀ, ք. Երևան, Հր.Քոչարի փ., շ. 22/15, Արաբկիր 0012): Ռեգիստրում այդ ընկրությունը գրանցվել է մի քանի օր առաջ՝ հուլիսի 20-ին: Մի քանի լրատվամիջոցներ այցելել էին նշված հասցեով, փակ դռան հետևից մի կին ասել էր, Արմեն Գևորգյանը տանը չի: Նշենք, որ Ռեգիստրում որպես ընկերության հիմնադիր նշված է Արմեն Զավենի Գևորգյանի անունը:

Վաճառքի վերաբերյալ փաստաբան Կարեն Մեժլումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
«Բայց մեր կառավարությանը հալալա.
10.2 մլրդ դրամ պարտքի դիմաց համալիրը վերցրեց, 30 մլն դոլարով (14.4 մլրդ դրամ) վաճառեց։ Պլյուս 70-100 մլն դրամի ներդրում պետք է կատարվի։
Էն ժամանակ հողը 20 հա էր, հիմա՝ 10։
2005 թ-ին ԲԱՄՕ-ն համալիրի համար վճարել էր 2.6 մլրդ դրամ (կեսից շատը Հայաստան համահայկական հիմնադրամին) և պարտավորվել էր կատարել 4.3 մլրդ դրամի (այն ժամանակ մոտ 10 մլն դոլար) ներդրում»:
