Տաթևիկ Սազանդարյանի և Գոհար Գասպարյանի անվան մրցույթների դափնեկիր, «Երգեցողություն» անվանակարգում ՀՀ նախագահի մրցանակակիր, բարիտոն Գուրգեն Բավեյանն արդեն 2 տարի Գերմանիայում է. երգարվեստը կատարելագործելու նպատակով ընդունվել և ավարտել է Ֆրանկֆուրտի երաժշտական բարձրագույն դպրոցը։ Այժմ աշխատում է Ֆրանկֆուրտի օպերային թատրոնում որպես մեներգիչ։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին հայտնեցին Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, այս օրերին Գուրգեն Բավեյանը Հայաստանում է, նա մասնակցելու է «Բազե-2015» համահայկական երիտասարդական հավաքին որպես ճակատներից մեկի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար։ Երիտասարդ բարիտոնը նաև աչքի է ընկնում հասարակական ակտիվությամբ. դեռևս Երևանի կոնսերվատորիայում ուսանելու տարիներին ղեկավարել է բուհի ուսանողական խորհուրդը։

Գուրգեն Բավեյանն ավարտել է Երևանի պետական կոնսերվատորիան։ Խոսելով հայաստանյան կրթության մասին՝ նկատում է, որ ունենք խորհրդային տարիներից մնացած լավ դպրոց՝ իր ավանդույթներով։ Ըստ նրա՝ մեր երիտասարդները մրցունակ են դրսում։ Սակայն մեզ մի փոքր պակասում են նորարարությունները, նորն ընդունելու, այն հնի հետ սինթեզելու վճռականությունը։

Օպերային երգիչը նշում է, որ դրսում կարիերա ստեղծելը դժվար է։ «Մրցակցությունը մեծ է, միշտ պետք է լավ «մարզավիճակում» լինես, առավել ևս Գերմանիայում, որտեղ օպերային թատրոնի ամենազարգացած համակարգն է։ Այստեղ ավելի քան 90 օպերային թատրոններ կան, երգիչների հոսք ամբողջ աշխարհից, այնպես որ՝ պետք է լինես լավագույններից, որպեսզի կարողանաս կարիերա անել»։

Գուրգեն Բավեյանը շեշտում է, որ երիտասարդ մասնագետների համար առաջարկները դրսում գայթակղիչ են։ «Մեր երկրում պայմանները սահմանափակ են։ Գոյություն ունի մեկ օպերային թատրոն, որը շատ քիչ թվով երաժիշտների կարող է ներգրավել»:

Երիտասարդ բարիտոնի առաջիկա ծրագրերում միայն աշխատանքն է, պետք է մասնակցի լսումների, վարպետության դասերի, ճանաչում ձեռք բերի, համագործակցի լավ դիրիժորների, կոլեգաների հետ։ Գուրգենն ունի նախընտրած դերերգեր, որոնք կցանկանա մոտ ժամանակներս կատարել՝ Ռոսինիի «Սևիլյան սափրիչում» Ֆիգարոյի դերերգը, Եվգենի Օնեգինի դերերգը Շայկովսկու համանուն օպերայում։
