Գավառի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցների, ավագանու անդամների եւ քաղաքացիական հասարակության կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ Գավառում օգոստոսի 17-ին տեղի ունեցավ ֆորում: Օրակարգով նախատեսված էր վեր հանել օրենքով սահմանված տեղեկատվական այն փաթեթը, որը պարտադիր հրապարակման է ենթակա, ինչպես նաեւ քննարկել քաղաքում առկա խնդիրները, դրանց լուծման գործում երիտասարդ կամավորների ներգրավման ուղին երը:

Քննարկումը կազմակերպվել էր Ջինիշյան հիշատակի հիմնադրամի «Քաղաքացիական երկխոսություն եւ գործնական քայլեր փոփոխության համար» ծրագրի շրջանակներում հավանության արժանացած «Ես եւ իմ համայնքը» ենթածրագրով, որը ներկայացնում է ԳՊՀ-ի ուսանողական նախաձեռնող թիմը: Ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի նպաստել համայնքապետարանի աշխատանքի թափանցիկությանն ու ՏԻՄ կապերի ամրապնդմանը: Քննարկման արդյունքում Գավառի քաղաքապետարանը պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց առավել հաճախակի համագործակցել Գավառ քաղաքի երիտասարդական ակտիվ խմբերի հետ, ուշադրություն դար ձնել նրանց կողմից բարձրացված խնդիրներին, առկա ռեսուրսների շրջանակներում նպաստել դրանց լուծմանը, ինչպես նաեւ հանրությանն ապահովել օրենքով սահմանված անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվությամբ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Գավառի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղար Կարինե Մանուկյանը, հուլիս-օգոստոսին ՋՀՀ-Ի ուսանողական նախաձեռնող թիմը, համագործակցելով Գավառի քաղաքապետարանի հետ, Գավառ քաղաքի, Հացառատ, Արծվաքար թաղամասերի մարդաշատ վայրերում տեղադրել է տեղեկատվական երեք ցուցատախտակներ: Վերջիններիս վրա փակցվելու է օրենքով նախատեսված պարտադիր հրապարակման ենթակա տեղեկատվությունը, այդ թվում՝ ավագանու նիստերի անցկացման վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններ, արձանագրություններ, ավագանու եւ համայնքապետի որոշումներ, համա յնքի բյուջեն, համայքնային աճուրդների մասին հայտարարություններ եւ այլն:

ՋՀՀ-ի «Ես եւ իմ համայնքը» ծրագրի համակարգող Գոհար Դադոյանի տեղեկացմամբ` ՋՀՀ-ի  ուսանողական նախաձեռնող թիմը Գավառի քաղաքապետարանի հետ մշակել է համագործակցության հուշագիր, ըստ որի քաղաքապետարանը պարտավորվելու է պարբերաբար թարմացնել ցուցատախտակներում առկա տեղեկատվությունը: ՋՀՀ-ի ուսանողական նախաձեռնող թիմը լիահույս է, որ «Ես եւ իմ համայնքը» ծրագրի արդյունքում կամրապնդվեն քաղաքացի-ՏԻՄ հարաբերությունները, գավառցիները կլինեն առավել իրազեկ եւ համայնքի կառավարման գործում կդրսեւորեն մասնակցային վարքագիծ:
