Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչ-փաստաբաններն սպասում են 7 հոգանոց ընտանիքի դաժան սպանության վերաբերյալ հայկական կողմի նախաքննության արդյունքներին: Այդպիսով նրանք կկարողանան համադրել սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Վալերի Պերմյակովի ցուցմունքներն ու փորձագիտական եզրակացության արդյունքները և ստանալ տեղի ունեցածի պատկերը: 

Այս մասին հայտարարեցին փաստաբանները` լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ: «Մենք ստիպված ենք սպասել հայկական կողմի նախաքննության արդյունքներին, որպեսզի տեղեկանանք արդեն Ավետիսյանների տանը տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների մասին: Դրա արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի պարզել` Պերմյակովը ճի՞շտ ցուցմունք է տվել, թե` ոչ: Բազմիցս շոշափվել է այն հարցը, որ նա միայնակ չի գործել. փաստերի համադրությունը այդ հարցին ևս կարող է պատասխանել»,- նշեց փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանը:

Փաստաբան Երվանդ Վարոսյանն էլ ավելացրեց, որ իրենք փորձագիտական եզրակացության հիման վրա ունեն բուն սպանության գործընթացի մասին ընդհանուր պատկերացումներ, այժմ այն ամբողջականացնելու համար սպասում են Պերմյակովի ցուցմունքների հրապարակմանը: «Եթե ցուցմունքները լինեն, մենք կարող ենք համադրել ու հասկանալ` արդյոք դրանք համընկնո՞ւմ են օբյեկտիվ իրականության հետ, թե` ոչ»,- նկատեց Երվանդ Վարոսյանը:

Անդրադառնալով ռուսական կողմի իրականացրած դատավարությանը` փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանը նշեց, որ Պերմյակովը բավական տարօրինակ պահվածք էր դրսևորում` չարձագանքելով դատարանում ընթացող ոչ մի գործողության,  ձայնի: «Շատ տարօրինակ էր նրա պահվածքը, և այդ պահվածքի ֆոնին հետաքրքրիր էր լսել ռուսական կողմի փորձագետների եզրակացությունը: Ռուսական կողմը եկել էր եզրակացության, որ նա առողջ է, ագրեսիվ չէ և մեղսունակ է: Այն, որ նա մեղսունակ է, փաստ է, բայց որ նա ունի որոշակի խնդիրներ, սա էլ միանշանակ է»,- ընդգծեց Լուսինե Սահակյանը` ունենալով մտավախություն, որ ռուսական կողմը Պերմյակովին ամեն կերպ առողջ ներկայացնելով` փորձում է պատասխանատվությունից ազատել պաշտոնյաներին, ովքեր նրան զորակոչել են բանակ, նրան զենքով կրակելու իրավունք տվել: «Ակնհայտ է, որ նա չպետք է զորակոչվեր, բայց թե զորակոչվել էր, նրա ձեռքում չպետք է զենք հայտնվեր: Ստացվում է, որ որոշակի անձինք անգործության են մատնվել, որի համար էլ պետք է լուրջ պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն»,- ավելացրեց Լուսինե Սահակյանը: 

Նրա դիտարկմամբ` դատավարության ընթացքում տարօրինակ կերպով անընդհատ շեշտադրվում էր այն միտքը, թե Հայաստանում ծառայության են բերում լավ պատրաստված զինվորների: «Իբրև նրան ընտրել են բազմաթիվ զինվորների միջից, մինչդեռ անձնական գործում երևում է, որ Պերմյակովն ութ անգամ դասալքություն է կատարել»,- շեշտեց փաստաբանը:
