Ֆաթուլլաեւը Հաջիեւին «սովորական ձուլակոճղ – чушка» է անվանել այն բանի համար, որ վերջինս հերքել է Բեյրութում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատունը հայկական թաղամասում գտնվելու մասին իր կայքի տեղեկատվությունը:

Ֆաթուլլաեւը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ում Հաջիեւի նման «չուշկաներ» են աշխատում (ի դեպ, խորհրդային շրջանում Բաքվում բնակվող այլազգիներն ադրբեջանցիներին «չուշկա» էին անվանում):

Ֆաթուլլաեւը Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Էլման Մամեդյարովին մեղադրել է այն բանում, որ Բեյրութում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատունը նա բացել է «140 հազար բնակչությամբ հայկական թաղամասում»: Նրա խոսքով` թաղամասը հայկական լինելուց բացի նաեւ «աղքատ» է, եւ ԱԳՆ-ը հենց այդտեղ է դեսպանատուն բացել «փող խնայելու եւ այդ միջոցով յուրացումներ» անելու համար:

«Հայտնի քաղաքագետ Զարդուշտ Ալիզադեի խոսքով` Բաքվում «չուշկա» անվանում են քարանձավային մշակույթի կրողներին: Դա այնպիսի հասկացություն է, որտեղ կա շատ ստորություն, տխմարություն եւ բթամտություն… եւ շատ դատարկ տեղ: Եւ ահա, դեսպանների էջերն անխտրաբար ընթերցող այդ մարդիկ, որոնց հետագայում ավանակներ են հայտարարում, գլխավորում են Ադրբեջանի մեր բազմաչարչար ԱԳՆ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունը: Ներեցեք մեզ, Հիքմեթ Հաջիեւ, որ մինչ այսօր հանդուրժում ենք ձեր գոյությունը…», -կայքում գրում է Ֆաթուլլաեւը:
