Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը, օգոստոսի 19-ի նիստում քննարկելով «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի  նկատմամբ տուգանք կիրառելու մասին որոշման նախագիծը, որոշեց չտուգանել ընկերությանը:

Նախագծի համաձայն, 2015 թվականի հունիսի 18-ին քաղաքացի Արտավազդ Ստեփանյանը դիմել է Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողով և հայտնել, որ ՀԷՑ-ի հետ 2015 թվականի փետրվարի 17-ին կնքված նոր սպառողի կամ սպառողի վերակառուցվող սպառման համակարգն էլեկտրական ցանցին միացման պայմանագրի համաձայն` Երևան քաղաքի Գուսան Շերամի փողոցի 50/6 հասցեի սեփականատեր Արտավազդ Ստեփանյանի սպառման համակարգն էլեկտրական ցանցին միացման ժամկետ էր սահմանվել 2015 թվականի մայիսի 17-ը, սակայն մինչև միացումը չի կատարվել: Պայմանագրային կետերը խախտելու համար ՀԷՑ-ը պետք է 5 միլիոն դրամ տուգանք վճարեր:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ՀԾԿՀ-ի նիստում քաղաքացի Արտավազդ Ստեփանյանը հայտնեց, որ վերակառուցվող սպառման համակարգն արդեն միացվել է էլեկտրական ցանցին, և ինքն այժմ որևէ բողոք չունի:

ՀԾԿՀ-ի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանն այնուհետև հետաքրքրվեց, թե ինչու ՀԵՑ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Եվգենի Բիբինը չի մասնակցում նիստին, ապա, դիմելով ՀԷՑ-ի ներկայացուցչին, հետաքրքրվեց, թե ինչո՞ւ է ամեն ինչ հասնում նրան, որ վարչական վարույթ սկսվի, հետո նոր միայն ՀԷՑ-ը սկսում է աշխատանքներ կատարել օրինակության դաշտում:

Ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը, հարցին ի պատասխան, նշեց, որ պատճառն ընկերությունում առկա որոշակի խնդիրներն են: «Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ այսուհետ նման դեպքերը չեն կրկնվի»,- նշեց Նազարյանը: ՀԷՑ-ի ներկայացուցիչն ընդգծեց, որ այժմ աշխատանքներ են տարվում խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ և առաջիկայում ամեն ինչ կարվի նման խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար:
