Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանը (Բունդեսթագ) օգոստոսի 19-ին կայացած արտահերթ նիստի ընթացքում քվեարկել Է Հունաստանին նոր ֆինանսական օգնություն տրամադրելու օգտին: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, գերմանացի պատգամավորները ձայների մեծամասնությամբ աջակցություն են հայտնել Աթենքի համար նախատեսված երրորդ վարկային ծրագրին Գերմանիայի մասնակցությանը:

Օգոստոսի 14-ին Եվրախումբը որոշում Է ընդունել մինչեւ 86 մլրդ եվրո ծավալով Հունաստանի օգնության երրորդ եռամյա միջազգային ծրագրի գործարկման վերաբերյալ: Դրան Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի մասնակցությունը հարցականի տակ Է մնում. այդ հարցը հոկտեմբերին քննարկվելու Է Հիմնադրամի կառավարիչների խորհրդում: Ինչպես հայտարարել Է ԱՄՀ-ի կարգադրիչ տնօրեն Քրիստին Լագարդը, Հիմնադրամը շարունակում Է պնդել Հունաստանի պարտքի Էական վերաձեւակերպումը, որը գերազանցում Է 315 մլրդ եվրոն՝ երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի 175 տոկոսը: ԱՄՀ-ն այն կարծիքին Է, որ առանց դրա Աթենքն ի վիճակի չի լինի պարտքերն ինքնուրույն սպասարկել նույնիսկ երրորդ ծրագրի ավարտից հետո: Իրենց հերթին եվրոգոտու երկրներն առայժմ պատրաստ չեն գնալ այդ քայլին:

Մինչեւ օգոստոսի 20-ը Հունաստանը պետք Է ստանա այդ օգնության՝ 13 մլրդ եվրոյի չափով առաջին մասնաբաժինը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
