Հայաստանի կրթության և գիտության նախարար, Հայաստանի ուսանողական մարզական ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը օգոստոսի 19-ին պարգևատրեց համալսարանական սպորտի միջազգային մրցաշարերում աչքի ընկած հայ մարզիկներին ու նրանց մարզիչներին: «Ամեն անգամ հետևելով մեր ուսանող մարզիկների ելույթներին` հպարտանում եմ ձեր ամեն հաջողությունով, իսկ ձեր անհաջողությունները դառնում են իմը: Վերջին տարիներին գործադրած ջանքերի շնորհիվ արձանագրել ենք նոր նվաճումներ ուսանողական սպորտաձևերում: Անկախ բուհերում ֆիզկուլտուրայի դասավանդման մեջ և մարզական ենթակառաուցվածքներում առկա դժվարություններից` մեր մարզիկները կարողանում են Հայաստանի դրոշը ծածանել տարբեր աշխարհի երկրներում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասաց նախարարը:

 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի պատվոգրերի արժանացան համաշխարհային Ունիվերսիադայի հաղթող, ոսկե մեդալակիր, մարզմնամարզիկ Արթուր Թովմասյանը, համալսարանական սպորտի Եվրոպական ասոցիացիայի կարատեի առաջնության 60 կգ քաշային դասկարգում բրոնզե մեդալակիր Էրիկ Գևորգյանը, ՀՀ վաստակավոր մարզիչ Կարեն Բաղդասարյանը և Էրիկ Գևորգյանի անձնական մարզիչ Վարդան Գևորգյանը: ԿԳ նախարարն առանձին պատվոգիր շնորհեց նաև Հայաստանի ֆուտզալի չեմպիոն ու Եվրոպայի համալսարանական առաջնությանը մասնակցած Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի թիմին:

«Նպատակասլաց և աշխատասեր մարդը հաջողության է հասնում ամեն գործում, որով զբաղվում է»,- ընդգծեց Աշոտյանը` հավելելով, որ նախարարությունը պատրաստ է հետագայում էլ լավագույն պայմանները ստեղծել ունիվերսիադայի մարզիկների ուսումնական և մարզական նորանոր հաջողությունների համար:

 Խրախուսական պատվոգրերից բացի մարզիկներին կշնորհվեն նաև դրամական պարգևներ:  

Նախարարի խոսքով` տղաների գրանցած անսպասելի արագ առաջընթացով պայմանավորված անհրաժեշտ են հովանավորներ: Նա կոչ արեց գործարարներին ներդրումներ կատարել թիմի միջազգային առաջխաղացումն ապահովելու համար:

Օգոստոսի 25-ից 30-ը ՀՊՏՀ-ի թիմը  Մոլդովայում կմասնակցի  ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի ֆուտզալի գավաթի խաղարկության նախնական փուլիհանդիպումներին: Հայաստանի չեմպիոն ՀՊՏՀ-ն G խմբում կմրցի մոլդովական «Պրոգրեսի» և բելգիական «Հալլե-Գույկ» թիմի հետ:
