«Օրանժ Արմենիան» օտարվեց «Յուքոմ» ընկերությանը

ՀՀ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը օգոստոսի 20-ին հավանություն տվեց «Օրանժ Արմենիա» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության բաժնեմասը օտարելու մասին որոշման նախագծին: «Օրանժ Արմենիա» ընկերության 100 տոկոս բաժնեմասը օտարվեց «Յուքոմ» ՍՊԸ-ին: Oտարումը պայմանավորված է «Օրանժ» խմբի ռազմավարությամբ, որի համաձայն պարբերաբար վերանայվում են ընկերության ակտիվները, գնահատվում են աճի հնարավորությունները: «Ներկայում ընկերությունը չունի անհրաժեշտ ծավալի ռեսուրս, որպեսզի աշխատի ռազմավարական ուղղությանը համապատասխան պահանջվող ներդրումներ իրականացնելու համար»,- ասաց նա:

ՀԾԿՀ որոշումը համաձայնեցվել է ՀՀ տրանսպորտի ու կապի նախարարության հետ, այն ընդունվեց Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի բոլոր անդամների համաձայնությամբ:

«Օրանժ Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Ֆրանսուազ Կայեն լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ գնհատվել են ընկերության ակտիվներն ամբողջ աշխարհում, որի արդյունքում որոշվել է դուրս գալ մի շարք երկրների շուկաներից, այդ թվում` Դոմինիկյան Հանրապետությունից և Շվեյցարիայից:
