Հայ օլիգարխներն այս օրերին իրենց ամառային հանգիստն անցկացնում են Ֆրանսիայի գողտրիկ եւ թանկարժեք քաղաքներից մեկում՝ Սեն-Ժան-Կապ-Ֆերայում: Այն գտնվում է հայ պաշտոնյաների սիրելի Մոնակոյի հարեւանությամբ: Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ միլիարդատեր, «Տաշիր գրուպի» սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանի 50-ամյակը տոնել են հենց այդ քաղաքում գտնվող ծովափնյա շքեղ վիլլաներից մեկում՝ Villa et jardins ephrussi de rothschild-ում: Նման շքեղ վիլլա երեւի միայն ֆիլմերում ենք տեսել՝ այգիներով, պալատներով, թանգարաններով, հյուրանոցով, ռեստորանով: «Տաշիր գրուպի» լրատվական ծառայությունից Սամվել Կարապետյանի տարեդարձը տոնելու վերաբերյալ որեւէ մեկնաբանություն չտվեցին, մեր հարցին ի պատասխան ասացին, որ բիզնեսի հետ կապ չունեցող հարցերին չեն պատասխանում:

Մեզ հաջողվեց ճշտել, որ միլիարդատիրոջ տարեդարձին մասնակցել են նրա սանիկ, օլիգարխ պատգամավոր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը, ԲՀԿ նախկին առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, տրանսպորտի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը, հոբելյարի եղբայր Կարեն Կարապետյանը, այլ պաշտոնյաներ: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ավելի վաղ էր մեկնել հանգստի․ ընտանիքի հետ հանգստանում էր Շվեյցարիայում, որտեղից էլ միացել է ընկերներին: Երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 19-ին, արտերկիր, մասնավորապես՝ Ֆրանսիա, հանգստի է մեկնել նաեւ Ծառուկյանի խնամին՝ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ զավակների ու թոռների հետ։ Ի դեպ, օգոստոսի 19-ին Լֆիկի տարեդարձն էր, նրա 47-ամյակն էլ նշել են Մոնակոյում: Այս «վոյաժները» չուզողների եւ, մասնավորապես, լրագրողների աչքից հեռու պահելու համար օլիգարխները մեկնել են տարբեր ուղղություններով, տարբեր օրերին, վերադարձը եւս կլինի տարբեր օրերին:
