 Վերջին մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի հրշեջները գործում են մեծ ծանրաբեռնվածությամբ` մարելով խոտածածկ տարածքներում բռնկված հրդեհները հարյուրավոր հեկտարների վրա: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնի պետ Հայկ Աբրահամյանը, խոտածածկ տարածքներում եւ հացահատիկի հնձված արտերում հրդեհները բռնկվել են առավելապես Գավառի եւ Ճամբարակի տարածքներում, որոնք հրշեջների արդյունավետ գործողությունների արդյունքում մեկուսացվել եւ մարվել են ժամանակին:

«Ճամբարակի տարածքում, Ճամբարակ քաղաքի եւ Վահան գյուղի պաշտպանական դիրքերի հարեւանությամբ, խոտածածկ տարածքն այրվել էր հակառակորդի կողմից արձակված կրակոցներից: Հրդեհից առաջացած ծուխը սկսել էր խանգարել մեր դիրքապահներին: Բարեբախտաբար, հաջողվեց մեկուսացնել կրակը եւ մարել հրդեհը, սակայն հիսուն հեկտար խոտածածկ տարածք այրվեց: Իսկ ահա Գավառի տարածքում գրեթե ամեն օր կրկնվող խոտածածկ տարածքների հրդեհները, կարծում ենք, առանձին անպատասխանատու մարդկանց ձեռքի գործ են, որոնց տարածումը նույնպես կարողանում ենք կանխել: Երեկ ծանրաբեռնված են մեր հրշեջները գործել Սարուխանի Գռիձոր կոչվող արոտավայրում, Լանջաղբյուրի տարածքում: Քանիցս  խնդրել ու խնդրում  ենք բնակչությանը` զերծ մնալ անհարկի խոտածածկ տարածքներում կրակ գցելուց, սակայն առայժմ գործ ունենք հրդեհավտանգ իրավիճակների հետ, որն առայժմ եղած ուժերով կարողանում ենք վերահսկել»,-նշեց Հայկ Աբրահամյանը:

Դեռ լավ է, որ նման շոգ ու չոր եղանակի պայմաններում առայժմ հրդեհից զերծ են մնում անտառային տարածքները:

«Եթե ժամանակին չմեկուսացնեինք դաշտերի հրդեհները, ապա դրանք կճարակեին նաեւ անտառները` մեզ կանգնեցնելով ավելի ծանր փաստի առաջ: Այդուհանդերձ, անտառներում էլ պահպանվում է հրդեհավտանգ իրավիճակը, քանի դեռ անձրեւներ չեն տեղացել»,-հավելեց Հայկ Աբրահամյանը:
