Հայաստանը ողջունում է ՄԱԿ-ի համագործակցությունը Հավաքական անվտանգության մասին Պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) հետ և ակնկալում է ՄԱԿ-ի` որպես դիտորդի մասնակցությունը «Փոխգործակցություն-2015» զորավարժություններին, որոնք տեղի կունենան Հայաստանում այս աշնանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` օգոստոսի 18-ին ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում կայացած «Պահպանելով միջազգային խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունը, տարածաշրջանային կազմակերպություննեև և համաշխարհային անվտանգության ժամանակակից մարտահրավերներ» խորագրով բաց քննարկմանը հայտարարել է ՄԱԿ-ում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը:

«Լինելով ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ պետություն` Հայաստանը կշարունակի կատարել իր հանձնառությունները և ամրապնդել համագործակցությունը ՄԱԿ-ի հետ` միջազգային խաղաղության հաստատման համար խաղաղապահ առաքելություններում: Հայաստանը մեծ փորձ է կուտակել մասնակցելով Աֆղանստանում և Կոսովոյում ՆԱՏՕ-ի իրականացրած խաղաղապահ առաքելություններին: Հայ խաղաղապահները ծառայություն են իրականացրել նաև Իրաքում, իսկ վերջին տարում Հայաստանը նոր և արժեքավոր փորձ ձեռք բերեց Լիբանանում ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղապահ առաքելության ժամանակ: Այդ հմտությունները և ունակությունները Հայաստանը ներդրել է ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում խաղաղապահ գործողությունների պատրաստականության բարձրացման համար»,- նշել է դեսպանը:

Անդրադառնալով անվտանգության ապահովման համընդհանուր խնդիրներին` Մնացականյանն ընդգծել է, որ բազմաթիվ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, այդ թվում` ԵԱՀԿ-ի և ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ Հայաստանը մեծապես շահում է եվրոպական տարածաշրջանային և ենթատարածաշրջանային համագործակցությունից: Դեսպանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի ազգային համատքեստում հակամարտությունների խաղաղ կարգավորումը` հիմնված միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի և սկզբունքների վրա, հատուկ կարևորություն ունի` հաշվի առնելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման ընթացիկ բանակցությունները:

«Այս ձևաչափը ամենաարդյունավետն է կոնկրետ մեր դեպքի համար, որը կարողանում է ուշադրությունը մշտապես պահել հակամարտության փոխզիջումային լուծման վրա և մեղմել լարվածությունը: Հայաստանը նաև ողջունում է ՄԱԿ-ի և Գլխավոր քարտուղարի  անսասան ու շարունակական աջակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին բանակցային ձևաչափի ձևավորման գործում»,- հայտարարել է ՄԱԿ-ում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչը:
