«Շիրակ-Ջավախք» մշակութային միջոցառումները դարձել են  ամենամյա: Օրերս  Շիրակի մարզի պատվիրակությունը կրկին եղավ  Ջավախքում և վերադարձավ ոչ միայն հաճելի հուշերով, այլ նաև նոր ծրագրերով ու նոր ընկերներ ձեռք բերած: Որպես ասվածի ապացույց՝ առաջիկայում Ջավախքի երիտասարդ նկարիչները կժամանեն Շիրակ՝ մասնակցելու երիտասարդ նկարիչների միջ ազգային ամենամյա պլեներին:Շիրակի մարզպետարանի նախաձեռնությամբ կազմակերպված «Շիրակ-Ջավախք» մշակութային օր միջոցառման շրջանակում Վրաստանի Հանրապետության Ախալքալակի քաղաք  էր մեկնել  Շիրակի մարզի պատվիրակությունը, որի կազմում էին ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի կրթության, մշակույթի և սպորտի վարչության ներկայացուցիչները,Գյումրու Ժողովրդական գործիքների պետական նվագախմբի և Գյումրու Հայորդաց տան Accolada երիտասարդական կամերային նվագախմբի երաժիշտները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց մա րզպետարանի կրթության, մշակույթի և սպորտի վարչության, մշակույթի բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետ Աղավնի Հարությունյանը՝ միջոցառման գլխավոր նպատակը Ջավախքում հայապահպանությանը« մայրենի լեզվի և մշակույթի պահպանմանը խթանող ծրագրերի իրականացումն է ու Շիրակ-Ջավախք մշակութային կապերի էլ ավելի ամրապնդումն ու խորացումը: Այցի շրջանակներում  Շիրակի մարզի պատվիրակության անդամներին ընդունել է Ախալքալակի վարչատարածքի ղեկավար Համլետ Մովսեսյանը:

Պատվիրակության անդամները այցելել են Ախալքալակի արվեստի և երաժշտական դպրոցներ, գավառագիտական թանգարան ու գրադարան,ինչպես նաև Ախալքալակի Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու Վիրահայոց թեմի առաջնորդարան: Բոլոր կազմակերպություններին նվիրաբերվել են  հուշանվերներ, ինչպես նաև երաժշտական« մասնագիտական և գիտաճանաչողական գրականություն: Ախալքալակի մշակույթի տանը  կայացել է ջավախահայության համար այնքան սպասված շիրակյան համույթների՝  Գյումրու Ժողովրդական գործիքների և Գյումրու Հայորդաց տան Accolada երիտասարդական կամերային նվագախմբերի  համերգը: Համերգն անցել է բուռն ծափերի ներքո ու ջերմ մթնոլորտում:
