Գեղարքունիքի մարզում այս ամռան ընթացքում գրանցված բարձր ջերմաստիճանը եւ տեւական չոր եղանակը բացառիկ են համարում ինչպես տարեց բնակիչները, այնպես էլ` տեղի օդերեւութաբանները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության «Հայհիդրո մետ» ծառայության Գավառի օդերեւութաբանական կայանի պետ Աշոտ Մակարյանը, Գավառում գրանցված 32 աստիճան տաքությունը անսովոր երեւույթ է տարածքի համար` գումարած մոտ ութսուն օր տեւած չորությունը: 

«Մեր կլիմային բնորոշ առավելագույն ջերմաստիճանը եղել է մոտ քսանութ աստիճանի: Վերջին հիսուն-վաթսուն տարիների ընթացքում Գավառում օդերեւութաբանական սարքերը մեկ անգամ գրանցել են պլյուս երեսուն աստիճան, իսկ ահա երեսուներկու աստիճանն արդեն անսովոր է: Մարզի մյուս տարածքներում գրանցվել է մինչեւ 35 աստիճան տաքություն: Առավել մտահոգող է տեւական չոր եղանակը, թեեւ հույս կա, որ վաղվանից տեղումներ պետք է գրանցվեն»,- նշեց Աշոտ Մակարյանը: 

Մադինա գյուղի բնակիչ, կյանքի 85 տարին բոլորած Խորեն Կարապետյանը եւս հավաստեց, որ նման ջերմաստիճան ու տեւական շոգեր ինքը չի հիշում: «Գուցե թե գիտնականների կանխատեսած գլոբալ տաքացումը եւ անապատացումը թակում են մեր դռները: Չափազանց չորային, անբարենպաստ տարի էր, խոտհարքերն ու արոտները խանձվել են տաքությունից ու չորությունից: Մեզ այդ դեպքում մնում է ավելի շատ ծառ տնկել, գարնանային վարարումների հաշվին ջուր կուտակելու հնարավորություններ ստեղծել»,- նշեց Խորեն Կարապետյանը:
