 Հարցման մասնակցած հայաստանաբնակների կեսից ավելին հավատում է, որ Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործի դատաքննությունը Հայաստանի համապատասխան ատյանների կողմից արդարցի կկատարվի: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` «Gallup Internatiоnal» ասոցիացիայի հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության տնօրեն Արամ Նավասարդյանի տեղեկացմամբ` հարցվածների 71 տոկոսը «Տեղյակ եք արդյոք, որ ռուսական կողմը որոշում է կայացրել Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործը Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթ հանձնելու և Հայաստանի համապատասխան ատյանների կողմից հետագա դատաքննությունը իրականացնելու համար» հարցին տվել է «այո» պատասխանը, իսկ 29 տոկոսը` «ոչ»:

Հարցմանը մասնակցածների 51 տոկոսը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ արդար դատաքննություն կիրականացվի. մասնավորապես, «Որքանով արդար կիրականացվի Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործի դատաքննությունը Հայաստանի համապատասխան ատյանների կողմից» հարցին 34 տոկոսը պատասխանել է` «ավելի շուտ արդար», 17 տոկոսը` «միանշանակ արդար», 19 տոկոսը` «ավելի շուտ անարդար», 10 տոկոսը` «միանշանակ անարդար», 17 տոկոսն էլ դժվարացել է պատասխանել:

Հարցումն անցկացվել է Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքում 1106 մարդու շրջանում հուլիսի 6-13-ը:

Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան`ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում: Նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև` յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Նշանակվել էին դատաբժշկական, դատատոքսիկոքիմիական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:

Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին  մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Սպանության մասով գործը փոխանցված է հայկական կողմին:
