Հայկական զինված ուժերը դառնում են ավելի մարդակենտրոն, որտեղ գնահատվում է մարդը եւ հարգվում նրա իրավունքները:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը «Բազե 2015» համահայկական հավաքի մասնակիցների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց, որ բանակում ոչ միայն արդարության եւ օրենքի գերակայության հաստատումն է կարեւոր, այլեւն այն, որ յուրաքանչյուր զինվոր պետք է իմանա իր իրավունքները:

«Իրավունքների իմացությամբ նրանք ձեռք են բերում համապատասխան կարողությունները, որոնք ես կանվանեի ասպետական հատկանիշներ: Արժանապատվության բարձր հատկանիշների պահպանումը կարեւոր ուղղություն է: Իմաստուն զորավարներից մեկն ասել է. «Կյանքս` հայրենիքիս, բայց պատիվս ոչ մեկին»: Անպատիվ մարդը ոչ մեկին անհրաժեշտ չէ: Հենց դա է պատճառը, որ շատ շուտով ՊՆ-ին կից կհիմնվի Բարեվարքության ամրապնդման եւ մարդու իրավունքների կենտրոն, որը նախարարին կտա խորհուրդներ այդ հարցի առնչությամբ»,- հայտնեց Օհանյանը:

Խոսելով հայկական զինված ուժերի առօրյա իրավիճակիմասին` նախարարն ասաց, որ բանակը դժվար ժամանակահատվածում է, քանի որ իր առօրյան կազմակերպում է առանձնահատուկ պայմաններում: «Հայկական զինված ուժերի զգալի մասը զբաղվում է ոչ թե մարտական պատրաստվածությամբ, այլ կատարում է բանակին ոչ հարիր խնդիրներ: Մենք սահմանապահ չենք, բայց սահմանային ծառայություն ենք իրականացնում, եւ դա շարունակվելու է այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ խաղաղության պայմանագիրրը կնքված չէ: Հայկական զինված ուժերի արագընթաց զարգացումը դանդաղեցնում է խրամատների մեջ գտնվելը: Եթ ե նրանք չգտնվեին խրամատներում, մենք կարող էինք ավելի լավ կազմակերպել մեր բոլոր կառույցներում պատրաստվածության մակադրակը»,- ասաց Օհանյանը` հավելելով, որ նախարարությունը մեծ տեղ է հատկացվում ուսումնական գործընթացին:

Սեյրան Օհանյանը շեշտեց, որ այդ պայմաններում էլ հայկական զինված ուժերը ապահովում են երկրի անվտանգությունը: Այս առնչությամբ տարեցտարի բարելավվում է սպառազինությունը եւ ճշգրիտ հեռահար սպառազինության ձեռք բերմամբ զսպման մեխանիզմների ձեւավորման հիմք է ստեղծվում:
