Բաքվում արտարժույթի մեծ թվով փոխանակման կետեր փակվել են, իսկ այն կետերը, որոնք շարունակում են աշխատել, հրաժարվում են դոլար վաճառել: Դոլար հրաժարվում են ցաճառել նաեւ բանկերը:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղրսդում է«Արմենպրես»--ը, հայտնում է virtualaz.orgլրատվական կայքը` նշելով, որ բանկերի եւ փոխանակման կետերի աշխատակիցները ոչ մի կերպ չեն մեկնաբանում դոլարի անհետանալը` սահմանափակվելով միայն ասելով, որ ներկա պահին արտարժույթ իրենք չունեն` խոհուրդ տալով այն փնտրել այլ տեղում:

Դրա հետ միասին որոշ փոխանակման կետերի աշխատակիցներ դոլարի անհետացումը բացատրում են Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի երեկ արած զգուշացմամբ` մեկ դոլարը 1,055 մանաթից ավելի չվաճառելու մասին, այն դեպքում, երբ մանաթի հերթական արժեզրկումից տագնապած փոխանակման կետերում եւ բամկերում սկսել էին դոլարը փոխանակել 1,07-1,55 մանաթի միջակայքում: Այդ պատճառով բանկերն ու փոխանակման կետերը որոշել են դոլար չվաճառել խուճապի հայտնված եւ բանկերն ու փոխանակման կետերը պաշարած քաղաքացիներին` հետագայում ավելի բարձր գնով այն վաճառելու համար:

Ադրբեջանում դոլարային նոր տենդն սկսվել է այն բանից հետո, երբ խոսակցություններ են սկսվել առաջիկա օրերին ադրբեջանական մանաթի դարձյալ արժեզրկվելու մասին:

Marja-ն երեկ հայտնել, որ այդ իրարանցումը վերացնելու համար Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկը առեւտրային բանկերին նամակով հորդորել է մեկ դոլարը 1,055 մանաթից ավելի գնով չվաճառել: Շատ բանկեր եւ փոխանակման կետեր,  զգուշանալով, որ մանաթի նոր արժեզրկում է սպասվում, դադարեցրել են դոլարի վաճառքը:

Նշենք, որ նման իրավիճակ Ադրբեջանում ստեղծվել էր նաեւ անցյալ փետրվարի 23-ին, երբ ԿԲ-ն մանաթի փոխարժեքը միանգամից 34 տոկոսով նվազեցրել էր` կապված նավթի գների անկման հետ:

Ադրբեջանցի փորձագետների կարծիքով` նավթի գների շարունակվող սրնըթաց անկման պայմաններում իշխանություններին չի հաջողվելու պահպանել մանաթի ներկայիս փոխարժեքը, եւ սպասվում է, որ մոտ ժամանակում մանաթի նոր` ավելի բարձր արժեզրկում տեղի կունենա Ադրբեջանում:

Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի տեղեկության համաձայն` միայն հուլիսին արտարժույթի պահուստը 18,7 մլն դոլարով պակասել է: Փետրվարյան արժեզրկումից հետո մինչեւ հուլիսի 31-ը Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի պահուստը 11 մլրդ 4,4 մլն դոլարից նվազել է մինչեւ 8 մլրդ 501,5 մլն դոլարի: 2014 թվականի հունիսի 30-ի դրությամբ` Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ արտարժույթի պահուստը կազմում էր 15 մլրդ 163,2 մլն դոլար: Տարեկան կտրվածքով Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ի արտաարժույթի պահուստը 6 մլրդ 691,9 մլն դոլարով նվազել է:
