«Եղվարդ» երիտասարդական-բնապահպանական հասարակական կազմակերպությունը, Երիտասարդական ակումբների դաշնության (FYCA) հետ հուլիսի 1-ից դեկտեմբերի 31-ը մասնակցում է «CLEEN-2015»` Էներգաարդյունավետություն. ոլորտի ՀԿ կոալիցիայի ստեղծում, ծրագրին: Ծրագրի նպատակն է Վրաստանի, Մոլդովայի, Ուկրաինայի և Հայաստանի հասարակական կազմակերպուÕ �յուններին ապահովել էներգախնայողության և էներգետիկ քաղաքականության ձևավորման մասին անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքներով, բարձրացնել նրանց մասնակցությունը որոշումների կայացման և քաղաքական երկխոսության գործընթացում, ինչպես նաև մոնիտորինգների միջոցով վերահսկել կառավարության գործողությունները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»--ին հայտնեցին «Հայկական Փի Ար ասոցիացիա» գիտատեղեկատվական ՀԿ-ից:

Հայաստանի էներգատարությունը մոտ 2,6 անգամ բարձր է Եվրամիության միջին ցուցանիշների համեմատ: Հայասատանն ունի վերականգնվող էներգիայի գրեթե բոլոր տեսակների բազում ռեսուրսներ և շենքերում էներգախնայողություն ապահովելու չօգտագործված ներուժ: Սակայն «CLEEN-2015» ծրագրի շրջանակում «Եղվարդ»  երիտասարդական-բնապահպանական ՀԿ կողմից իրականացված հարցումների տվյալներով՝ մեծամասնությունը որպես ջեռուցման միջոց է նշել գազը, 50 տնային տնտեսությունից 17-ը (Ախուրյան համայնքում)՝ փայտը: Հարցված տնային տնտեսություններից ոչ մեկը որպես միջոց չի նշել վերականգնվող էներգիան, որն արտադրվում է բնական ռեսուրսներից, ինչպիսիք են արևի լույսը, քամին, ջուրը, կենսազանգվածը և երկրաջերմային էներգիան:

Ծրագրի ղեկավար Լևոն Իգիթյանի խոսքով՝ մինչև դեկտեմբերի 31-ը նախատեսված է իրականացնել 4 սեմինար-դասընթաց: Այս փուլն ամբողջովին միտված է 4 երկրներում ՀԿ-ների միջև տարածքային համագործակցության ցանց ստեղծելուն: «Մենք կարևորում ենք ծրագրի նշանակությունը, քանի որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի, գազի և այլնի գները օր-օրի բարձրանում են, իսկ էներգաարդյունավետությունը որևէ արդյունաբերական ճյուղում պարզապես նշանակում է արտադրել նույն արտադրանքը ավելի քիչ էներգիա ծախսելով կամ արտադրել ավելի շատ արտադրանք նույն էներգիան ծախսելով: ԱրդյունքոÖ �մ` մեկ միավոր արտադրանք թողարկելու համար պահանջվող էներգիան նվազում է, ինչը հանգեցնում է դրամի խնայմանը»,- նշում է նա:

Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է Եվրամիության ֆինանսավորմամբ, «Եղվարդ» երիտասարդական-բնապահպանական ՀԿ-ի կողմից՝ Երիտասարդական ակումբների դաշնության, Ախալցխայի «Համայնքային սոցիալական զարգացման կենտրոն» ՀԿ և «Եվրոպայի կանայք` հանուն ապագայի» (WECF) կազմակերպության աջակցությամբ:
