Ինտերպոլը դադարեցրել է ռուսաստանցի գործարար Գերման Ստերլիգովի հետախուզումը

Ինտերպոլը դադարեցրել է ռուսաստանցի գործարար Գերման Ստերլիգովի նկատմամբ հետախուզումը: Այդ մասին «Նորությունների ռուսական ծառայությանը» հայտնել է գործարարի փաստաբան Արթուր Հայրապետովը: 

«Ինտերպոլը հետախուզում չի հայտարարում այն մարդկանց նկատմամբ, որոնք հետապնդվում են քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով, որովհետեւ դա հակառակ է նրա կանոնադրությանը: Ինտերպոլի հանձնաժողովը Ադրբեջանի կողմից Ստերլիգովի հետապնդումը ճանաչել է որպես քաղաքական: Մոտավորապես  10-15 օր նրա անունը եղել է Ինտերպոլի հետախուզվողների բազայում, բայց օգոստոսի 21-ից նրա հանդեպ հայտարարված միջազգային հետախուզումը դադարեցվել է, բացատրում է իրավաբանը: 

Հայրապետովը ճշտել է, որ մինչեւ օգոստոսի 29-ը իր պաշտպանյալը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կլինի: Այդ օրը գործարարը նախատեսում է այնտեղ բավականին խոշոր միջոցառում անցկացնել` «իր կնոջ` Ալյոնա Ստերլիգովայի Նորաձեւության տան նմուշների ցուցադրություն եւ ղարաբաղյան ձիերի մրցարշավ»:

2015-ի հուլիսի 28-ին Ադրբեջանը Գերման Ստերլիգովի նկատմամբ` Ինտերպոլի միջոցով միջազգային հետախուզում է հայտարարել ԼՂՀ-ում գտնվելու համար:   Այդ մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Ռուսաստանում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանությունը` վկայակոչելով հանրապետության Գլխավոր դատախազությանը: 

Այնուհետեւ, գործարարի կնոջ խոսքով, Ստերլիգովը զգուշացում է ստացել հայ սահմանապահների կողմից, որ Մոսկվա թռչելու դեպքում կարող է ձերբակալվել:
