Կոմունիստական վարչակարգի հանցագործությունները պիտի այնպես  հետաքննվեն, ինչպես նացիզմինը: Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել դատարան, որը միջպետական մարմնի կարգավիճակ ունենա, հայտարարել է Էստոնիայի Արդարադատության նախարար Ուրմաս Ռեյնսալուն՝ ելույթ ունենալով Պլիստվերե գյուղում ամբողջատիրության զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված միջոցառմանը, հաղորդում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին՝ վկայակոչելով  Postimees պարբերականին:

«Մենք կոմունիստական վարչակարգի հանցագործություններին միջազգային մակարդակի գնահատական պիտի տանք եւ համատեղ դատապարտենք դրանք», — հայտարարել է Ռեյնսալուն՝ նշելով, որ վերոհիշյալ արարքները «այսօրվա դրությամբ ոչ մի միջազգային դատարանի իրավասությանը չեն պատկանում»:

Նրա խոսքով, այդ առաջարկը ներառվել է օգոստոսի 23-ին Տալինում բացվող միջազգային համաժողովի օրակարգ: 

2015 թվին ուկրաինական իշխանությունը փաստացիորեն հավասարեցրեց կոմունիզմն ու նացիզմը: Մայիսին Կիեւն օրենք է ընդունել կոմունիստական եւ նացիստական ամբողջատիրական վարչակարգերն եւ նրանց  խորհրդանիշներն արգելելու մասին:
