«Այբ» ավագ դպրոցի աշակերտները  «Ուիլսոնյան նախաճաշերի»  շրջանակում մասնակցել են ԱՄՆ 28-րդ նախագահ Վուդրո Ուիլսոնի մորական գծով ժառանգորդ Դոնալդ Ուիլսոն Բուշի հետ քննարկմանը:

Ինչպես հայտնեցին «Այբ» կրթական հիմ նադրամից, քննարկումը ծավալվել է «Հայաստան. Արևելքի և Արևմուտքի միջև» (Armenia: between East and West) թեմայի շուրջ։

Վերջին տարիներին Դոնալդ Ուիլսոն Բուշն սկսել է հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել հայոց պատմությանն ու թեմային առնչվող հարցերին, ներգրավված է Հայոց հարցի լուծման խնդրում, շատ անգամ գրել ու հրապարակային ելույթներ է ունեցել՝ կոչ անելով ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Իր հետաքրքրության հատուկ շրջանակում են գտնվում հայ ազգի ապագայի, նոր սերնդի կայացման և սերնդափոխության հարցերը:

Այս տարի Դոնալդ Ուիլսոն Բուշը ապրիլին այցելել է Հայաստան և մասնակցել «Ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության հանցագործության» հասարակական-քաղաքական գլոբալ ֆորումի աշխատանքներին, հանդես է եկել եզրափակիչ ելույթով: Նա նաև շրջայց է կատարել Հայաստանով, այցելել է Արցախի Հանրապետություն և հանդիպել Արցախի Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հետ: Խիստ ծանրաբեռնվածության պատճառով լրագրողներին առանձին հարցազրույցներ տալու հնարավորություն ապրիլին չի ունեցել:

Դոնալդ Ուիլսոն Բուշը ապրիլի 25-ին մասնակցել է նաև «Այբ» դպրոցում տեղի ունեցած «Հայոց ցեղասպանության խնդրի լուծման ռազմավարությունները» խորագրով կլոր սեղանին, որը կազմակերպել էին «Այբ» կրթական հիմնադրամը և Հայաստանի Ամերիկյան համալսարանը: Կլոր սեղանին մասնակցել էին նաև պատմաբան, ցեղասպանագետ Յաիր Աուրոնը (Իսրայել), թուրքագետ-արևելագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը, Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն Սուրեն Մանուկյանը, Միջազգային իրավունքի փորձագետ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը և քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը: 

Դոնալդ Ուիլսոն Բուշը 25 տարի աշխատել է որպես քաղաքական խորհրդատու Վաշինգտոն, Վիրջինիա և Քալիֆորնիա նահանգներում՝ ներկայացնելով անապահով և ներգաղթած համայնքներից թեկնածուների: Դոնալդ Ուիլսոն Բուշը հանդիսանում է կարգազանցության դեմ պայքարի առաջատար փորձագետերից մեկն ԱՄՆ-ում, նաև կարգազանցության կանխարգելման ծրագրի հեղինակն է:
