ՀՀ և Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունները կստորագրեն համագործակցության խորացման նոր հուշագիր

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանն օգոստոսի 25-ին  աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Վրաստան:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության լրատվական ծառայությունից, Թբիլիսիում կայացել է երկու երկրների գլխավոր դատախազների հանդիպումը: Գևորգ Կոստանյանն ու Գիորգի Բադիշվիլին քննարկել են ՀՀ և Վրաստանի դատախազությունների միջև համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը, գործառույթների հս տակեցմանն ու արդյունավետության բարձրացմանն ուղղված հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: Մասնավորապես, կարևորվել է ՀՀ-ում Վրաստանի քաղաքացիների կողմից և Վրաստանում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կողմից  կատարված հանցագործությունների բացահայտման, հետախուզվողների հանձնման և, որ ամենկարևորն է, հանցագործությունների կանխման ուղղությամբ համագործակցությունը, ինչը վերջին տարիներին բավական արդյունավետ է իրականացվում: Երկուստեք կարևորվել է մաքսային ոլորտում առկա սերտ համագործակցությունը, որի արդյունավետությունն ակնհայտ է:

Գևորգ Կոստանյանը նշել է, որ Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը, միջպետական համագործացության առումով, հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում  ՀՀ հուսալի գործընկերն է: Երկու երկրների գլխավոր դատախազներն ընդգծել են նոր՝ առավել հստակ համագործակցության հնարավորություն ընձեռող հուշագիր ստորագրելու անհարժեշտությունը:  ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազ Գիորգի Բադիշվիլիին ջերմ ընդունելության և արդյունավետ քննարկումների համար և իր վրաց գործընկերոջը պատասխան այցով հրավիրել է  Հայաստան :

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը Թբիլիսիից մեկնելու է Աստանա, որտեղ կմասնակցի  օգոստոսի 27-ին կայանալիք «ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների գլխավոր դատախազների կոորդինացիոն խորհրդի» հերթական նիստին: Ղազախստանի մայրաքաղաքում նախատեսված են նաև ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի մի շարք երկկողմ հանդիպումներ:
