ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ալեքսան Պետրոսյանը (ՄԱՊ-ի Ալիկ), որի ընտանիքին է պատկանում «ՄԱՊ» գործարանը, «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց, թե ըստ իրեն՝ ՀՀ Կառավարության համար եւս դժվար էր որոշում կայացնել, որ խոշոր բիզնեսների վրա էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացումը ազդելու է:

-Պարո՛ն Պետրոսյան, օգոստոսի 13-ին ՀՀ Կառավարության հերթական նիստի ժամանակ ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հայտարարեց, որ Կառավարությունը էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագների հարցում չի օգնի խոշոր բիզնեսին: Ի՞նչ է սպասվում խոշոր բիզնեսմեններին, հաշվարկե՞լ եք՝ որքա՞ն եք տուժելու:

-Իհարկե, վատ ազդեցություն է ունենալու, որին գումարվում է նաեւ ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզրկումը. երկուսը իրար հետ շատ վատ է ազդելու մեր գործունեության վրա: Դա շատ բարձր է լինելու, եթե հաշվենք ամբողջ արտադրության վրա, ես հիմա չեմ կարող թվերով ասել, բայց հստակ է, որ լուրջ ազդեցություն կլինի: Չի կարող, եթե անգամ մեկ դրամ էլ թանկանա էլեկտրաէներգիան, ու դա ազդեցություն չունենա գործարարի վրա, տենց բան չկա, եթե էներգակիրը թանկանում է, հարկերը թանկանում է, ապա դա ազդում է նաեւ ապրանքի վրա: Ինքնարժեք է, չէ՞, ձեւավորվում, դա նստելու է ինքնարժեքի վրա: Իհարկե, այդ թանկացումը լինելու է նաեւ ինչ-որ մի ապրանքի վրա, արտադրության վրա: Չի կարող գործարարն ինքը այդ տույժը կրել, քանի որ այդ դեպքում ինքը չի կարողանալու աշխատել: Եթե գլուխդ ցավում է, դու երկու ձեւ ունես այն բուժելու համար՝ առաջինը՝ կարող ես ցավազրկող խմել, ցավն անցնի, բայց հիվանդությունը մնա, իսկ երկրորդն էլ՝ պետք է իմանաս, թե ինչից է գլուխդ ցավում, որպեսզի բուժես: Հիմա մենք խոսում ենք ցավազրկիչից, բայց ինչքան կարող ես խմել, որպեսզի ցավ չզգաս, ու հարց է, թե դրան դիմանալը օգուտ է, թե վնաս:

-Կառավարությունը տեղյակ է, թե ինչ կարգավիճակում են գտնվում հայաստանյան բիզնեսները, այդ դեպքում ինչո՞ւ չի ցանկանում «բուժել» ոլորտը՝ օր օրի ավելի «վնասելով» այն:

-Կառավարությունը հնարավորություն չունի, թե չէ, ես հավատացած եմ, որ եթե Կառավարությունը հնարավորություն ունենար, այս թանկացումը չէր անի: Դուք մի մտածեք, որ Կառավարության համար շատ հեշտ է նման որոշում ընդունելը ու ինչ-որ մի բանը թանկացնելը: Բայց Կառավարությունը հնարավորություն չունի, դրա համար էլ նման որոշում է կայացվել:
