Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի նախաձեռնությամբ մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների և ԼՂՀ շրջանների միջև ձևավորված համագործակցության շրջանակում օգոստոսի 28-ին ԼՂՀ-ում է եղել Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի պատվիրակությունը՝ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը բարձր են գնահատել Երևանի և Ստեփանակերտի միջև հաստատված բարեկամական հարաբերությունները և հետագա համագործակցության պատրաստակամություն հայտնել: ՀՀ ԵԿՄ վարչության նախագահ, Արցախի հերոս Մանվել Գրիգորյանի կողմից կազմակերպված ուխտագնացության մասնակիցները և պաշտոնական այցով Արցախում գտնվող Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկա վար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության անդամները Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքային հուշահամալիրում ծաղիկներ են դրել հայրենիքի պաշտպանության ժամանակ զոհվածների հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշակոթողին:

Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի պատվիրակության անդամները ԼՂՀ Քաշաթաղի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Սուրեն Խաչատրյանի ուղեկցությամբ ծաղիկներ են խոնարհել նաև 1992-93թթ. Գյուլիբերդում մղված մարտերի ընթացքում զոհված «Նիկոլ Դուման» ջոկատի ազատամարտիկների հիշատակին:

ԼՂՀ-ում Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մասնակցել է Քաշաթաղի շրջանի Ծաղկաբերդ գյուղի (նախկինում՝ Գյուլիբերդ) ազատագրման 22-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ «Նիկոլ Դուման» երկրապահ ջոկատի զոհված ազատամարտիկների հիշատակին նվիրված խաչքարի բացման արարողությանը: Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանի աջակցությամբ Ծաղկաբերդ գյուղի Ա. Նավասարդյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոցի բակում տեղադրված խաչքարի կողքին ստեղծվել է նաև գեղեցիկ պուրակ՝ համալրված «Նոր Նորք» խորհրդանշական 6 նստարանով և աղբամաններով:

Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի և Քաշաթաղի շրջվարչակազմի ղեկավարները դպրոցի տնօրենի ուղեկցությամբ ծանոթացել են նաև կրթօջախի պայմաններին: Ի նշան Երևանի Նոր Նորք և ԼՂՀ Քաշաթաղ շրջանների միջև ձևավորված բարեկամության՝ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանը խորհրդանշական հուշանվերներ է հանձնել Քաշաթաղի շրջանի վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչներին և Աշոտ Նավասարդյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրենին: Նոր ուսումնական տարվան ընդառաջ՝ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարը նաև 50 դպրոցական պայուսակ է նվիրել Քաշաթաղի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Սուրեն Խաչատրյանին՝ առաջին դասարանցի աշակերտներին տոնական անակնկալ մատուցելու համար:

Երևանի Նոր Նորք և ԼՂՀ Քաշաթաղ շրջանների միջև ձևավորված համագործակցության շրջանակում Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանի նախաձեռնությամբ Քաշաթաղում է հյուրընկալվել նաև «Երևանյան կրկեսը»: Կրկեսային ծրագրին քաշաթաղցիների հետ միասին հետևել են նաև Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանը, Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Սուրեն Թամրազյանը, Քաշաթաղի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Սուրեն Խաչատրյանը: Արցախցի փոքրիկներին բարձր տրամադրություն ու ծիծաղ պարգևած նախաձեռնությունը լավագույն նվերն էր քաշաթաղցիներին` ամռան ավարտի առիթով:
