 ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը սեպտեմբերի 1-ին այցելել է Արցախի պետական համալսարան: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելով Արցախյան պատերազմում զոհված ուսանող ազատամարտիկների հիշատակին` խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը, պաշտպանության նախարար Լեւոն Մնացականյանը, կ րթության, գիտության եւ սպորտի նախարար Սլավա Ասրյանը եւ ԱրՊՀ ռեկտոր Մանուշ Մինասյանը մասնակցել են Մայր բուհում ավանդաբար անցկացվող Անկախության դասին:

Ողջունելով բուհի պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմին եւ ուսանողությանը՝ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը շնորհավորել է նոր ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի առթիվ եւ կարեւորել Արցախի գիտակրթական համակարգի՝ ժամանակակից չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանեցնելու, պետական եւ մասնավոր հատվածների համար որակյալ մասնագետներ թողարկելու հարցերը:

Ազգային ժողովի նախագահն իր ելույթում անդրադարձել է 1991թ. սեպտեմբերի 2-ի խորհրդին, Արցախի անկախ պետականության կայացման գործընթացներին եւ տարածաշրջանի քաղաքական վերջին զարգացումներին:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Աշոտ Ղուլյանը, ներկաներին շնորհավորելով Գիտելիքի ու դպրության եւ Հանրապետության գալիք օրվա առթիվ, ուսանողներին մասնագիտական պատրաստվածության բարձրացման կոչ է արել` ընդգծելով, որ Արցախի առաջընթացի հեռանկարները մեծամասամբ կապված են հենց մարդկային ներուժի զարգացման հետ:
