Երևանի Արարատյան փողոցի 90 շենքի բակում օգոստոսի 30-ին, ժամը 16:20-ի սահմաններում, 12-ամյա Մարտին Բալյանին դաժան ծեծի է ենթարկել հարևանությամբ բնակվող Արարատյան 41 տան բնակիչ, 36-ամյա Մխիթար Սարգսյանը, ինչի հետևանքով երեխան ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Այս մասին ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում ասաց տուժողի մայրը՝ Արարատյան փողոցի 90 շենքի 6-րդ բնակարանի բնակչուհի, 35-ամյա Լալա Բալյանը։ «Մենք տանը նստած էինք, մեկ էլ տղաս արնաշաղաղ վազեց տուն: Պարզվեց, որ տղաս իր ընկերոջ հետ բակում խաղալիս են եղել, հետո թեթև վեճ է տեղի ունեցել երեխաների միջև, ընկերը վազել է տուն, հորն է ասել, հայրն էլ դաժանաբար հարձակվել է տղայիս վրա, ոտքով հարվածել մեջքին և երբ որդիս ընկել է, մազերից բռնել և հարվածել է դեմքին, իսկ հետո, երբ վազել է տուն, հետևից անգամ քար է շպրտել: Այդ ամենը ֆիքսել են մեր տան տեսախցիկները»,- պատմեց Մարտինի մայրը։

Շտապ օգնության ավտոմեքենայով Մարտինին տեղափոխել են «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոն: Պարզվել է, որ նա ծեծի հետևանքով ստացել է քթի կոտրվածք, թիկունքի տրավմա, ուղեղի ցնցում, նյարդային լարվածություն և ունի թույլ շնչառություն: «Արդեն անցել է որոշ ժամանակ, բայց ծեծի ենթարկողը ազատության մեջ է և անգամ ներողություն չի խնդրել, չի հետաքրքրվել երեխայի առողջական վիճակով, իսկ դեպքի օրը հայտարարել էր, որ լավ է արել՝ ծեծել է: Մենք ուզում ենք, որպեսզի Մ. Սարգսյանը իր կատարած հանցագործության համար պատժվի օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ»,- ասաց Լ. Բալյանը։
