ՀՀ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողները, 2015թ. մարտի 27-ին ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրականացնելիս, գողություն կատարելու կասկածանքով, ՀՀ ոստիկանության հիշյալ բաժին են բերման ենթարկել Լիաննա Կ.-ին, ով ինքնախոստովանական բացատրություն է տվել այն մասին, որ 2014թ. դեկտեմբերին ինքը, պատուհանի փեղկը հրել-բացելու միջոցով, մուտք է գործել հարևանուհի Գոհ արիկ Գ.-ի բնակարան, և ննջասենյակից գողացել 78 հազար ՀՀ դրամ գումար, սակայն 2 օր անց գողացած գումարը վերադարձրել է Գոհարիկ Գ.-ին: Վերջինս հետաքննության մարմնին հայտնել է, որ իր բնակարանից գողացվել է ոչ թե 78 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, այլ 38 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, որն էլ Լիաննա Կ.-ի մայրը 2 օր անց վերադարձրել է իրեն:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և քննության ուղարկվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:

Շուրջ 6 ամիս կատարված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2014թ. դեկտեմբերին Լիաննա Կ.-ն մոր ու աղջկա հետ մասնակցել է Գոհարիկ Գ.-ի տանը կազմակերպած խնջույքին: Այդ ժամանակ, երբ Լիաննա Կ.-ն ննջասենյակում միայնակ է մնացել և նկատելով հատակին ընկած գումարը, վերցրել է, ապա միացել հյուրերին: Խնջույքի ավարտից հետո, նրանց տուն է այցելել Գոհարիկ Գ.-ն և հայտնել, որ իրեն պատկանող 38 հազար ՀՀ դրամը կորել է: Այդ ժամանակ ինքն ամաչել է և չի տեղեկացրել, որ գումարն ինքն է վերցրել: Հաջորդ օրը ինքը հանդիպել է Գոհարիկ Գ.-ին, հայտնել, որ խնջույքի ժամանակ գում արը ինքն է այն վերցրել, ներողություն է խնդրել և այն հետ վերադարձրել ամբողջությամբ:

Նախաքննական մարմինը որոշում է կայացրել կողմերի հաշտության հիմքով կարճել քրեական գործով վարույթը: Հիշյալ գործով քրեական հետապնդում չիրականացնելու և գործով վարույթը կարճելու վերաբերյալ որոշումը վերադաս դատախազի կողմից վերացվել է: Այնուհետև գործի փաստական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված՝ լրիվ, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունը երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով՝ հիշյալ քրեական գործը քննության է ուղարկվել ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն:
