 Համաշխարհային ֆինանսական շուկայում վերջին խառնաշփոթն ու չինական տնտեսության պայքարը միասին կարող են հարվածել այս տարվա գլոբալ տնտեսական աճին` ստիպելով կենտրոնական բանկերին տոկոսադրույքները պահել ցածր: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Քրիստին Լագարդը մինչ G20-ի ֆինանսների նախարարների հանդիպումը այս հանգստյան օրերին Անկարայում: Ինչպես հայտնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով The Guardian-ը, հոռետեսական զեկույցում մատնանշվել է գլոբալ աճի անկման վտանգների մասին: ԱՄՀ-ի դիրքորոշումն այնպիսին է, որ ֆինանսների նախարարները, հանդիպելով Թուրքիայի մայրաքաղաքում կայանալիք համաժողովին, կարիք ունեն պահպանել կառավարական ծախսերը` չնայած հանրային սեկտորի բարձր պարտքերին, որոնք գոյացել են 2008 թվականի բանկային համակարգի փլուզումից: 

Նրա խոսքով` զարգացող տնտեսությունները, որոնք կախված են նավթի ու հիմնական հումքային ապրանքների վաճառքից, հատկապես խոցելի են Պեկինի հետ առևտրի նվազման տեսանկյունից: «Ռիսկերի վեկտորն ուղղված է դեպի վատացումը և այդ ռիսկերից որոշների միաժամանակյա իրականացումը կարող է բավականին թույլ տեսլական ապահովել»,-ասել է Քրիստին Լագարդն այս շաբաթվա սկզբին:

Օգոստոսի կեսերից չինական արժեթղթերի շուկայի անկումն ասիական շուկաներումիրարանցում է առաջացրել: Համաշխարհային կապիտալի շուկան կորցրել է ավելիքան 5 տրիլիոն դոլար յուանի արժեզրկման հետևանքով` առաջացնելով աշխարհումերկրորդ խոշոր տնտեսական ճգնաժամի մտավախություն: Համաձայն Reuters-ի` Չինաստանն, անակնկալի գալով իր արժույթի կտրուկ արժեզրկման նկատմամբհամաշխարհային արձագանքից, թվում է, փորձում է ամրապնդել իր արժույթի դիրքերը` խուսափելով մոտ ապագայում սպասվող արժութային պատերազմից, որըֆինանսական ճգնաժամի կարող է հանգեցնել և նվազեցնել համաշխարհային պահանջարկը: Չինաստան « ազգային բանկը օգոստոսի 27-ի դրությամբ 150 միլիարդյուանի (23.4 միլիարդ դոլար) ներարկում է կատարել շուկա` կայունացնելով ազգային արժույթը: Դա այս շաբաթվա մեջ սա արդեն երկրորդ նման քայլն է Չինաստանիազգային բանկի կողմից` երեքշաբթի օրը կատարվել էր 210 միլիարդ յուանի ներարկում:

Որոշ տնտեսական վերլուծաբաններ նշել են, որ համաշխարհային ֆինանսական շուկայում վայրիվերումները և Չինաստանում աճի տեմպերի նվազման վտանգը դեռևս նշանակալիորեն չի ազդել Միացյալ Նահանգների աշխատանքի շուկայի վրա:
