Մասնագիտական կրթության որակի ապահովման ազգային կենտրոնը սեպտեմբերի 4-ին քննարկել է կենտրոնի 2016-2020թթ. ռազմավարական ծրագրի հիմնական ուղղությունները:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց ՈԱԱԿ-ի հասարակության հետ կապերի պատասխանատու Հայկուհի Բարսեղյանը, հանդիպումը վարել է կենտրոնի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Վարուժան Ավետիքյանը:

Միջոցառման սկզբում ՈԱԱԿ տնօրեն Ռուբեն Թոփչյանը ներկաների ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել ներկա ռազմավարական ծրագրի հիմնական դրույթներին, ապա քննարկել անցած 5 տարիների ընթացքում հիմնադրամի առջև դրված նպատակների ու խնդիրների իրականացումը:

Քննարկմանն ադրադարձ է կատավել ռազմավարական ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքում բացահայտված խնդիրներին, օրենսդրական բացերին, քննարկվել են դրանց լուծման հնարավոր տարբերակները:

Ռազմավարական ուղղությունները որոշելիս` ընդգծվել են հանրային վստահության ամրապնդմանն միտված քայլերը, ինչպես նաև ՈԱԱԿ դերակատարության մեծացման հնարավորությունը  ՀՀ տարածքից դուրս:

ՈԱԱԿ տնօրեն Ռուբեն Թոփչյանը նշել է, որ հիմնադրամի  դերակատարության մեծացումը տարածաշրջանում կբարձրացնի  վստահությունը հայաստանյան բարձրագույն  կրթական համակարգի նկատմամբ, ինչն էլ իր հերթին կնպաստի օտարերկրյա ուսանողների հոսքի աճին  դեպի հայաստանյան բուհեր:

Առաջիկայում ՈԱԱԿ ռազմավարական ուղղությունները կքննարկվեն նաև արտաքին շահակիցների հետ, որից հետո համապատասխան աշխատանքային խմբեր կձևավորվեն` ռազմավարական ծրագիրն ամբողջացնելու համար:
