Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի պահուստը մեկ ամսում 1,2 մլրդ դոլարով կրճատվել է

Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի ոսկու եւ արտարժույթի պահուստներն օգոստոսին գրեթե 1,2 մլրդ դոլարով կրճատվել են:

Այս մասին հայտնում է Marja-ն` հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ին:

Ըստ հաղորդագրության` օգոստոսի 31-ի դրությամբ` Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ի արտարժույթի պահուստները կազմել են 7,315 մլրդ դոլար, ինչը հուլիսի 31-ի դրությամբ եղածի հետ համեմատ 1,186 մլրդ դոլարով կամ 14 տոկոսով պակաս է:

Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ի արտարժույթի պահուստները սկսել են նվազել անցյալ տարվա հուլիսից, երբ համաշխարհային շուկաներում նավթի գինն սկսել էր ընկնել: Պահուստների նվազումը կանգնեցնելու համար Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ն ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի 34 տոկոս արժեզրկում իրականացրեց ընթացիկ տարվա փետրվարի վերջին:

2014 թվականի հուլիսի 30-ին ԿԲ-ի արտարժույթի պահուստները հասել էին 15,193 մլրդ դոլարի: Բանկի ներկայիս պահուստներն արդեն 51,7 տոկոսով պակաս են: 2015 թվականի սկզբից Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ն արդեն 5 մլրդ դոլարից ավելի ֆինանսական միջոցներ է կորցրել:

Ադրբեջանի նավթի արտահանման ծավալներից եկամուտների տարեկան տատանումները գնի` մեկ բարելի դիմաց 10 դոլարով փոփոխվելու դեպքում կկազմեն մոտ 300 մլն դոլար: Ներկայիս դրությամբ` ադրբեջանական ամենաթանկ` Azeri LT CIF տեսակի նավթի գինն` այդ երկրի բյուջեում նախատեսված մեկ բարելի դիմաց 90 դոլարի փոխարեն կազմում է մոտ 50 դոլար:

Նավթի համաշխարահյաին գների եւ մանաթի փոխարժեքի անկման պատճառով Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը հայտնվել է ճգնաժամի մեջ. փակվել են նավթաարդյունաբերության մի շարք ձեռնարկություններ, պետական եւ մասնավոր հաստատություններ, հազարավոր աշխատավորներ գործազուրկ են դարձել:

Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսը կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին:

Դեռեւս 2015 թվականի մայիսին Moody`s Investors Service միջազգային վարկանիշային գործակալությունը Ադրբեջանում մանաթի արժեզրկում եւ տնտեսության աճի տեմպի նվազում կանխատեսել էր այս տարվա երկրորդ կեսին` կասկած հայտնելով Ադրբեջանի բանկային համակարգի կայունության եւ բանկերի կողմից արժեթղթերի ու ավանդների սպասարկման վերաբերյալ:

Իր հերթին Standart & Poor`s վարկային վարկանիշերի ծառայությունը Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային հիմնադրամի կողմից  2 մլրդ կորստի ֆոնին հիմնադրամի վարկանիշի կանխատեսումը նվազեցրել է մինչեւ «նեգատիվ»:

Միջազգային փորձագետները նշում են, որ նավթի էժանացումը լրջորեն նվազեցրել է Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսական հնարավորությունները: Փորձագետների կարծիքով` 2015 թվականին Ադրբեջանում պետք չէ սպասել 1.9 տոկոսից ավելի տնտեսական աճ: 2014 թվականին Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ի արտարժույթի պահուստները նվազել էին 2,78 տոկոսով:
