Քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին զեկուցվել է, որ բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում կազմվել է 11 վարչական արձանագրություն:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարությամբ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի առևտրի և սպասարկումների վարչությունը մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների համապատասխան բաժինների և ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության աշխատակիցների աջակցությամբ շարունակում է նաև բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ համաքաղաքային ստուգայցերը: 

Զեկուցվել է, որ վերջին 10 օրում իրականացված հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունքում ամբողջությամբ վերացվել է, մասնավորապես, մայրաքաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի շուկայամերձ Վանթյան և Սվաճյան փողոցներում, Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի Վարդանանց և Գնունի փողոցների շինանյութի շուկային հարակից հատվածի, Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի Սասունցի Դավիթ կայարանի կայանամերձ տարածքի,  Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի Գայի պողոտայի և Շենգավիթ  վարչական շրջանի Գարեգին Նժդեհի հրապարակի հարակից տարածքներում կազմակերպվող ապօրինի առևտուրը: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է  շարունակել ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ տարվող աշխատանքները և սահմանել ամենօրյա հսկողություն:

«Այս ուղղությամբ հսկողությունը պետք է լինի մշտական, ու մենք պետք է շարունակենք պայքարը բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի դեմ: Որոշ մարդիկ փորձում են թյուր տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ մեր քաղաքացիներին հնարավորություն չենք տալիս առևտուր իրականացնել: Մինչդեռ մեր պահանջը հստակ է. առևտրային գործունեությունը պետք է իրականացվի բացառապես շուկաներում և առևտրի համար սահմանված մյուս տարածքներում, այլ ոչ թե այդ տարածքներից դուրս: Մենք որևէ մեկին ոչ արգելել և ոչ էլ խոչընդոտել ենք օրենքով սահմանված կարգով իրենց առևտրային գործունեությունը ծավալելու հար ցում:

Ըստ այդմ անհիմն են հնչող որոշ տեսակետները, թե բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի դեմ պայքարը քաղաքացուն զրկում է առևտրային գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու հնարավորությունից: Ավելին, նույն այդ քաղաքացիներից շատերն այսօր արդեն սահմանված վայրերում են շարունակում իրենց գործունեությունն ու որևէ խնդիր չունեն: Ու մենք շարունակելու ենք արատավոր այս երևույթի վերացման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներն այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև բոլորը գիտակցեն, որ փողոցն ու մայթը առևտրային գործունեության տարածք չեն ու չեն կարող լինել»,-ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:
