Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին և ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում լարված իրավիճակը համընկնում են վերջին տարիների միտումների տրամաբանությանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման տեսակետ հայտնեց Կովկասի ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը:

Քաղաքագետի կարծիքով՝ լարվածությունը շարունակական կլինի, սակայն ակտիվ պատերազմական գործողությունների վերսկսումն անհնար է: Այս անգամ հակառակորդի կողմից լարվածության հրահրումը պայմանավորված է Հայաստանում անցկացվող «Շանթ-2015» ռազմավարական հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժություններով, ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի Ադրբեջան կատարած այցով, ինչպես նաև նավթի գների անկմամբ, որն Իսկանդարյանի համոզմամբ, կարևոր գործոններից է:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից պատերազմ վերսկսելու հավանականությանը, փորձագետը նկատեց. «Ադրբեջանի սպառազինության որակն ու քանակը ստիպում են նրան ցուցաբերել զսպվածություն: Պատերազմում հաղթելու Ադրբեջանի հնարավորությունը զրոյական է»:

Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ պատերազմի ենթադրյալ վերսկսման դեպքում անգամ, այն կարող է տևել 5-10 օր, ինչը պաշտոնական Բաքվի վարչակարգի համար հսկայական կորուստների կհանգեցնի՝ ընդհուպ մինչև դրա վերացման:


Խոսելով տարածաշրջանային իրավիճակի մասին՝ Իսկանդարյանն ասաց, որ տարածաշրջանում իրադրությունը կտրուկ կերպով փոփոխվում է: Իրան-Արևմուտք հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը կբերի Իրանի դերակատարության փոփոխության: Իսկ հարևան Թուրքիայում նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի քաղաքականությունը կտրուկ փոխում է երկրի ներքին իրավիճակը: Տարածաշրջանային փոփոխությունների երրորդ պատճառը, ըստ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանի, Սիրիայում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներն են:

«Մերձավոր Արևելքում գործնականում պատերազմ է: Արևելքն այժմ ավելի անկայուն է, քան մի քանի ամիս առաջ»,- ընդգծեց Ա. Իսկանդարյանն՝ հավելելով, որ  ստեղծված պայմաններում Հայաստանը պետք է ուշադիր հետևի զարգացումներին և կշռադատված քայլեր անի:
