Հայաստանը պաշտպանում Է ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրների դոլարիզացիան կրճատելու անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ կարծիքը:

Այդ մասին հայտարարել Է ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ սեպտեմբերի 8-ին Գրոդնոյում ելույթ ունենալով Եվրասիական միջխորհրդարանական խորհրդի նիստում, տեղեկացնում Է ԲԵԼՏԱ-ին:

Վարչապետը հայտնել Է, որ Հայաստանը պաշտպանում Է այն փաստաթղթերի նախագծերի ընդունումը, որոնք փոխգործակցության տարբեր ոլորտներ են ներառում ԵԱՏՄ-ում: 

«Մենք ամբողջությամբ աջակցում ենք արդյունաբերական համագործակցության խորացման ընդլայնմանն ուղղված քայլերին: Մեր պետություններն արդյունավետ համագործակցության ներուժ ունեն»,- ասել Է նա:

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը պաշտպանել Է ֆինանսական շուկայի կարգավորման շուրջ ավելի վաղ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները: «ԵԱՏՄ-ին անհրաժեշտ Է ազգային արժույթներով փոխհաշվարկների ինտենսիվացման եւ դոլարիզացիայի կրճատման միջոցներ ձեռնարկել: Նաեւ այժմեական Է փորձի փոխանակումը համաձայնեցված մակրոտնտեսական քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու հարցերի շուրջ: 

Այդ համատեքստում կարեւոր Է ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրների միջեւ ռազմավարական ապրանքների փոխադարձ առեւտուրը ռուբլու հիման վրա, առանց դոլարի հետ փոխկապակցման իրականացնելու գաղափարը»,- ասել Է Հայաստանի կառավարության ղեկավարը:

Պակաս կարեւոր չԷ Եվրամիության հետ սերտ համագործակցության հարցը, հավելել Է նա: «Ուշադրության առնելով Եվրամիության հետ առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցության գծով կուտակված բանակցային փորձը՝ մենք պատրաստ ենք Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովին օժանդակել նման երկխոսություն հաստատելու հարցում եւ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պարտավորություններ ստանձնել բանակցային առանձին հարցի գծով»,- նշել Է ՀՀ վարչապետը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ նման փոխգործակցությունը պետք Է խարսխվի ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների փոխշահավետ զարգացման սկզբունքի ապահովման վրա` գործընթացներ, որոնք նպատակամղված կլինեն ապրանքների, աշխատուժի, ծառայությունների ու կապիտալների տեղաշարժման ազատության ապահովմանը:

ՀՀ վարչապետը նաեւ Եվրասիական միջխորհրդարանական խորհրդի նիստի մասնակիցներին հայտնել Է, որ Հայաստանը տրամադրված Է կատարելու պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները, ակտիվորեն գործակցելու ԵԱՏՄ-ի գծով գործընկերների հետ:

«Հայկական կողմը մոտ ժամանակներս կներկայացնի Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահի պաշտոնի թեկնածուին»,- ասել Է նա:

Հայաստանի կառավարության ղեկավարն առաջարկել Է Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի հաջորդ նիստն անցկացնել Երեւանում:
