Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ընդունել է 18 ընտանիքի՝ նրանց տրամադրելով գյուղական բնակավայրերում բնակվող երիտասարդ ընտանիքների բնակարանաշինության համար նախատեսված 3 մլն դրամի չափով աջակցությունը, որը ծրագրի առաջին փուլն է:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ կառավարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, շնորհավորելով ծրագրի առաջին շահառուներին՝ վարչապետը նշել է, որ բնակարանաշինությունն իշխանությունների վարած սոցիալական քաղաքականության առաջնահերթություններից է, և առաջիկա տարիներին կառավարությունը շարունակելու է այն ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել:

«Խնդիրն առավել սուր է արտահայտված հատկապես գյուղական բնակավայրերում, և կառավարությունը սոցիալական ծրագրերի շրջանակներում փորձելու է մեղմել այն: Իհարկե, մենք հասկանում ենք, որ 3 մլն դրամով հնարավոր չէ տուն կառուցել, բայց համոզված ենք, որ այն, որպես անհատույց աջակցություն, մեծապես կօգնի բնակելի տների շինարարությանը»,- ասել է վարչապետ Հարությունյանը:

Անդրադառնալով մեկնարկող ծրագրի պայմաններին՝ գործադիրի ղեկավարը, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Թեև այս փուլում նախապայման կա, որ երիտասարդ ընտանիքը պետք է արդեն 50 տոկոսով կառուցված շենք ունենա, որպեսզի կարողանա օգտվել այս աջակցությունից, այնուամենայնիվ, փորձելու ենք ժամանակի ընթացքում նախապայմանները թեթևացնել՝ ավելի շատ ընտանիքներ ընդգրկելու նպատակով: Դրան զուգահեռ՝ մենք հետևողական ենք լինելու տրամադրվող աջակցության արդյունավետ կիրառումն ապահովելու հարցում: Շնորհակալություն բոլորիդ, որ առանց այս նախագծի մեկնարկի՝ դուք նախաձեռնել եք հայրենի գյուղերում տներ կառուցելու գործը. Դա հայրենասիրության մեծագույն դրսևորում է ձեր կողմից»:

Ա. Հարությունյանը հավելել է, որ, հաշվի առնելով հանրապետությունում առկա մեծ պահանջարկը, ծրագիրը շարունակվելու է նաև գալիք տարիներին՝ ընդգրկելով տարեկան շուրջ 150 գյուղաբնակ ընտանիք: Իրենց հերթին շնորհակալություն հայտնելով կառավարության կողմից ցուցաբերված աջակցության համար՝ ծրագրից առաջին օգտվողները շեշտադրել են, որ այն նշանակալի ներդրում է երիտասարդ ընտանիքների բարեկեցության ապահովման և գյուղական բնակավայրերի զարգացման գործում:
