ԵԱՏՄ միջկառավարական խորհրդի հաջորդ նիստը կանցկացվի Հայաստանում

Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը սեպտեմբերի 8-ին Գրոդնոյում (Բելառուսի Հանրապետություն) մասնակցել է ԵԱՏՄ միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստին:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վարչապետի գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում են ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, Միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը, փոխնախարար Սուրեն Կարայ անը, ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:

Նախ կայացել է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստը՝ նեղ կազմով, որին հաջորդել է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստը՝ ընդլայնված կազմով:

ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների վարչապետները քննարկել են ինտեգրացիոն փոխգործակցությանն առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: Կառավարությունների ղեկավարները, մասնավորապես, քննարկել են ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում արդյունաբերական համագործակցության հիմնական ուղղություններին, մակրոտնտեսական և ֆինանսական կայունության ապահովմանը, ծառայությունների միասնական շուկայի ձևավորմանը, արտասահմանյան երկրների ու միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:

Անդրադառնալով օրակարգային հարցերին՝ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ հայկական կողմն աջակցում է նիստում ներառված և համաձայնեցված փաստաթղթերի նախագծերի ընդունմանը, որոնք ընդգրկում են ԵԱՏՄ-ի շրջանակներում համագործակցության տարբեր ոլորտներ: Վարչապետը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը կարևորում է այն քայլերը, որոնք ուղղված են արդյունաբերական համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը և խորացմանը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակներում: Այս համատեքստում ընդգծելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հարուստ փորձն ու մասնագիտացումը՝ ՀՀ վ արչապետը նշել է հայկական կողմի պատրաստակամությունը Եվրասիական ինժեներական կենտրոնի համար հարթակ տրամադրելու հարցում: Իր խոսքում Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարևորել է մակրոտնտեսական և դրամավարկային քաղաքականության իրականացման գործում փոխհամաձայնեցված փորձի փոխանակումը:

Անդրադառնալով ԵԱՏՄ-ի՝ Եվրոպական միության հետ համագործակցության կարևորությանը, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նշել է, որ հաշվի առնելով Եվրոպական միության հետ առևտրատնտեսական հարցերով բանակցությունների կուտակած փորձը, Հայաստանը պատրաստակամ է աջակցել Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովին ԵՄ-ի հետ համապատասխան երկխոսության ձևավորմանը, ինչը կնպաստի ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների զարգացման փոխշահավետության և փոխլրացնող սկզբունքի ապահովմանը: 

ԵԱՏՄ միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստում վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի առաջարկով որոշվել է հաջորդ նիստն անցկացնել Հայաստանում: 

Նիստի վերջում ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների վարչապետները ստորագրել են մեկ տասնյակից ավելի փաստաթղթեր, որոնք սահմանում են փոխգործակցությունը մտավոր սեփականության, որոշ ապրանքների դրոշմավորման համակարգի ներմուծման, ծառայությունների ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորման և այլ հարցերում:

ԵԱՏՄ միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստից հետո վարչապետները մասնակցել են «RFID» տեխնոլոգիաների ցուցադրությանը, այցելել «Կորոբչիցի» ագրոտուրիստական համալիր:
