Եվրոպային սպառնում Է միգրացիայի երկրորդ ալիքը, որը կարող Է անկանխատեսելի հետեւանքներ ունենալ աշխարահամասի համար:

Այդ մասին գրում են ամերիկյան թերթերը՝ վերլուծելով փախստականների հետ կապված սրացող ճգնաժամը:

«Եվրոպա հասած միգրանտների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը, ինչպես նաեւ նրանց մասին ռեպորտաժները հազարավոր մարդկանց, Իրաքից մինչեւ Նիգերիա, դրդում են հետեւել նրանց օրինակին եւ մեկնել վտանգավոր ճանապարհորդության, ինչն ավելի ու ավելի մեծ խնդիրներ Է ստեղծում քաղաքական գործիչների համար, որոնք փորձում են ինչ-որ կերպ թեթեւացնել սիրիացի գաղթականների վիճակը»,-գրում Է The Wall Street Journal թերթը: «Միգրացիայի երկրորդ ալիքի հեռանկարն ի հայտ Է եկել այն պահին, երբ ԵՄ-ն փորձում Է ընդհանուր մոտեցում մշակել ներկայիս ճգնաժամի նկատմամբ, որն արդեն տիրում Է Եվրոպայի ափերին»,-նշում Է թերթը:

The New York Times-ի թղթակիցները հաղորդում են, որ «Հունգարիայի հարավային սահմանի երկայնքով լարվածությունն աճում Է այն պայմաններում, երբ հազարավոր նոր միգրանտների՝ Սերբիայի միջով անցնում են Հունգարիայի տարածք, իսկ եվրոպացի առաջնորդները փորձում են գտնել այն հարցերի պատասխանները, թե ինչ անել այդ մարդկանց հետ եւ ինչպես կանգնեցնել այդ հոսքը»:

Եվրահանձնաժողովի (ԵՀ) ղեկավար Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերը, սեպտեմբերի 9-ին Եվրամիության իրադրության վերաբերյալ ամենամյա ճառով հանդես գալով Եվրախորհրդարանի՝ Ստրասբուրգում ընթացող նստաշրջանում, հայտարարել Է, որ տարեսկզբից «500 հազար փախստականներ են ժամանել Եվրոպա», ուստի փախստականների ճգնաժամը «թիվ մեկ գերակայությունն Է դարձել Եվրամիության համար»:

Նա հիշեցրել Է, որ ավելի վաղ որոշվել Էր Հունաստանից վերաբնակեցնել «միջազգային պաշտպանության կարիքն ունեցող» 40 հազար փախստականների՝: «Այժմ որոշում Է ընդունվել 120 հազար մարդու վերաբնակեցման երկրորդ փուլի մասին, որոնք ներկայում գտնվում են Իտալիայում, Հունաստանում եւ Հունգարիայում: Դա պետք Է արվի պարտադիր կարգով»,-ընդգծել Է Յունկերը: «Ընդհանուր առմամբ խոսքը վերաբերում Է 160 հազար մարդու ընդունմանը: Սա այն թիվն Է, որը եվրոպացիները պետք Է ընդունեն»,-նշել Է նա: Միաժամանակ Յունկերն ասել Է, որ փախստականների բաշխման գործին պետք Է մասնակցեն ԵՄ-ի՝ առանց բացառության բոլոր երկրները: Ընդսմին փախստականները պետք Է «աշխատելու եւ իրենց հացը վաստակելու իրավունք ստանան Եվրամիություն ժամանելու առաջին օրից»,-հավելել Է Յունկերը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:
