Տրանսպորտի նախարարության նախագիծը չհաստատվեց. վարչապետը դեմ է գործարարների համար լրացուցիչ խոչընդոտներ ստեղծելուն

 ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կառավարության նիստին հանձնարարեց բոլոր գերատեսչություններին, որպեսզի գործարար աշխարհի համար լրացուցիչ որոշումներով խոչընդոտներ չստեղծեն: Այդ նպատակով վարչապետը հրաժարվեց հաստատել ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության ներկայացրած նախագիծը, որով նախատեսված էր փոփոխոխություն կատարել «Առավել վտանգավոր գոտիներում օբյեկտների տեղակայման և քաղաքացիների գտնվելու կանոնների, այդ գոտիներում աշխատանքների իրականացման, երկաթուղային գծերով երթևեկության և երկաթուղային գծերի անցման կանոնները հաստատելու մասին» որոշման մեջ:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի փոխնախարար Արթուր Առաքելյանը նշեց, որ ներկայում ամբողջությամբ սահմանված չեն երկաթուղու առավել վտանգավոր գոտիներում քաղաքացիների գտնվելու, նրանց կողմից երկաթուղային գծերով երթևեկության և երկաթուղային գծերի անցման սահմանված կանոնները: Կանոնների թերի լինելը բացասաբար է անդրադառնում երկաթուղու շարժակազմի անվտանգ երթևեկության ու երկաթուղու անվտանգ գործունեության, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիների անվտանգության վրա:

Վարչապետը հետաքրքրվեց, թե ինչ աշխատանք են ցանկանում իրականացնել նախատեսվող փոփոխություններով: Արթուր Առաքելյանը պատասխանեց, որ  պարզապես գնահատում են իրականացում: Ի պատասխան՝ ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանն ասաց, որ փոփոխություններով խստացվում են երկաթուղային գծերով երթևեկելու կանոնները:

Արձագանքելով՝ ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ ընդհանրապես պետք է ուշադիր լինել և որևէ լրացուցիչ ծանրություն, բեռ, խոչընդոտ չստեղծել գործարար աշխարհի համար: «Դա հիմք ընդունեք, և դա վերաբերում է բոլորին: Եթե մենք այս պայմաններում մինչև այսօր հանդուժել ենք, ապա ինչն է պատճառը, որ այժմ գնում ենք ավելի խստացման: Դա է ինձ համար անհասկանալի: Այսօրվա այս տնտեսական պայմաններում հարկավոր է ավելի բեռը թեթևացնել, հնարավորություններն ավելի մեծացնել, բիզնես աշխարհի համար կյանքը դյուրացնել: Այսքան տարի մենք հանդուրժել ենք այս պայմաններում, հիմա բերեÕ ¬ խստացնում եք, պատճառն ի՞նչն է, առիթն ի՞նչն է: Յուրանաքչյուր գերատեսչություն ցանկանում է իր ներկայությունը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատել: Ամեն դեպքում, մինչև մանրամասն չզեկուցեք, սա չեմ հաստատելու»,- եզրափակեց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
