 ՀՀ կառավարությունը խթանում է վերականգնվող էներգիայի ոլորտի զարգացումը և այդ նպատակով հավանություն տվեց «Էներգախնայողության և վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի մասին» և մի շարք այլ օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթին: Դրանց համաձայն՝ ցանկացած ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձ կկարողանա իր տան տանիքին տեղադրել արևային պանելներ, արտադրել էլեկտրաէներգիա և վաճառել էլեկտրական ցանցերին:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ էներգետիկայի ու բնական պաշարների փոխնախարար Հայկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ վերոնշյալ գործընթացն ազատվելու է բոլոր տեսակի հարկերից, իսկ մինչև 150 կվ հզորություն ունեցող սարքերի տեղադրումը ազատվում է լիցենզիայի առկայության պահանջից:

Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ որոշումներով կառավարությունը զարկ է տալիս արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացմանը: Ըստ փոխնախարարի՝ արդեն կան բազմաթիվ դեպքեր, տեղադրված են արևային բանեցներ, բայց մինչ օրս հնարավորություն չի եղել ավելորդ էներգիան վաճառելու: «Այս նախաձեռնությամբ հնարավորություն ենք տալիս, որ սեփական կարիքների համար տեղադրեն արևային բանեցներ, ստանան արևային էներգիա, առանց մարտկոց գնելու, քանի որ դա մեծացնում է ներդրումը և երկարացնում հետգնումը, վնասում է տնտեսական շահավետությանը»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ եթե ֆիզ իկական կամ իրավաբանական անձը սպառի ավելի շատ էլէներգիա, քան տվել է էլեկտրական ցանցին, ապա նշանակում է, որ պետք է համապատասխան չափով վճարի ներկայումս հաստատված սակագնով, իսկ եթե պակաս էներգիա սպառի, կվճարվի տված էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց:
