Էսօր Քարֆուրի մասին նյութ կարդացի՝ ինչ դրական ու բացասական փոփոխություններ կբերի Հայաստան։
Բացասականների թվում նշվում էր, որ Քարֆուրն ինքը կսկսի շատ ապրանքներ ներմուծել՝ խփելմվ ներմուծողների շահերին։ Իմ կարծիքով, հեչ էլ վատ չի, որ ասենք, Քարֆուրը Հայաստան ներմուծի շաքարավազ ու մոնոպոլացված այլ ապրանքներ։
Նաև նշվում էր, որ տեղական արտադրողները հնարավոր է խնդիրներ ունենան, քանի որ Քարֆուրը հնարավոր է չընդունի նրանց ապրանքները, որոնք իր ստանդարտներին չեն համապատասխանում։
Շատ հնարավոր է, որ հենց էդպես էլ լինի, ու շատ էլ լավ կլինի։ Դա կբերի նրան, որ շուկան որոշ չափով կմաքրվի անորակ ապրանքից։ Ավելի լավ է ուտել Զիմբաբվեում սարքած որակյալ երշիկ, քան ՀՀ—ում որոշ արտադրողների՝ չգիտեմ ինչից սարքած չգիտեմ ինչը՝ դեմքի հայրենասիրական արտահայտությամբ։
Ու մի բան էլ։ Եթե որոշ արտադրողներ կարողանան իրենց արտադրանքի որակը բարձրացնեն ու համապատասխանեն Քարֆուրի պահանջներին, նրանց արտադրանքը տեղ կգտնի ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլ Քարֆուրի՝ այլ երկրներում գտնվող խանութներում։
Կարճ ասած, որակյալ ապրանք արտադրողները կշահեն, անորակները՝ կտուժեն։
Ինչ վերաբերվում ա նրան, որ մոնոպոլիա է ձևավորվում, ասեմ, որ էսպես թե էնպես էսօր Քարֆուրի տեղում Երևան Սիթին է։ Կան նաև ՍԱՍն ու Կրպակը։ Այսինքն, մոնոպոլիայի առումով վիճակն ավելի վատ չի լինի , քան հիմա։ Տարբերությունը կլինի էն, որ օղուց չենք թունավորվի, կասսայի մոտ էլ մանր ժուլիկություններ չեն անի։
Ու ընդհանրապես, ամենազարգացած երկրներում սուպերմարկետների շուկայում գործում են 2-3 խոշոր ցանցեր։ Էնպես որ, ամեն ինչ նորմալ ա։
