Տերյան 25, 23, Լալայանց 37 շենքերի բնակիչները դիմել են ոստիկանություն՝ իրենց բնակարանները ցածր գնահատած «ԱՄԻԿՈՄ» ՍՊԸ-ի դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցելու համար: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Տերյան 23-ի բնակիչ Վարդան Գերավետյանը՝ հավելելով, որ «ԱՄԻԿՈՄ» ՍՊԸ-ի դեմ արդեն քրեական գործ է հարուցվել և քննությունն սկսվել է։

«Այդ ընկերությունը շուկայականից անհամեմատ ցածր է գնահատել մեր բնակարանները՝ հանցավոր համաձայնության գալով Սամվել Մայրապետյանի հետ: 26 սեփականություն սխալ է գնահատել, շատ լավ գիտենք, որ Հյուսիսային պողոտայում 1 քմ-ը  800 դոլարով բնակարան չի կարող լինել: Գները իջեցված են մոտավորապես 2-7 անգամ»,- ասաց Վարդան Գերավետյանը` նշելով, որ այդ կերպ շենքերի սեփականությունը ձեռք բերած ըներությունը ձգտում է շուկայականից քիչ փոխհատուցում տալ իրենց։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Տերյան 23, 25 եւ Լալայանց 37 շենքերի բնակիչներին իրենց բնակարաններից հարկադիր վտարվում են։ Բնակիչները ծանուցվել են, որ այլեւս ոչ ոքի Սամվել Մայրապետյանին պատկանող «Լոկալ դեվելոփերս» ընկերությունից բացի, իրավունք չունեն բնակարանները վաճառել։ Վերջինը 2007-ից առ այսօր լինելով մայրաքաղաքի Տերյան 23, 25 շենքերի  եւ Լալայանց  37 շենքի կառուցապատողը դիմել է դատարան՝ բնակիչներին իրենց բնակարաններից հանելու համար:

Դատարանի որոշմամբ՝ երկու ընտանիք պետք է երկամսյա ժամկետում դուրս գա բնակարաններից: Իրենց բնակարաններից զրկվելու վտանգի առաջ է կանգնած 24 ընտանիք։
