ԼՂՀ վարչապետն ու ԱԺ նախագահը կատարել են իրենց քաղաքացիական պարտքը

Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը Ստեփանակերտի թիվ 3 ընտրատարածքի երրորդ ընտրատեղամասում քաղաքացիական իր պարտքն է կատարել՝ մասնակցելով մայրաքաղաքի ՏԻՄ ընտրության քվեարկությանը:ԼՂՀ կառավարության ֆեյսբուքյան էջից, Արայիկ Հարությունյանն այս ընտրությունը համարել է քայլ առաջ պետականաշինության ճանապարհին՝ համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ արդյունքում ավելի զարգացած տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններ են ձևավորվելու Արցախում:

Արցախում անցկացվող ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին քվեարկելու համար առավոտյան ժամը 9:30-ին տիկնոջ հետ Ստեփանակերտի թիվ 1/8 ընտրատեղամաս է այցելել ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը։ «Արցախպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ`  լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում, Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նշել է, որ անկախ զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից և սոցիալական կարգավիճակից` քաղաքացիները չեն կարող անտարբեր մնալ  ԼՂՀ համայնքների  զարգացման հարցում, որի մեջ մեծ դերակատարում ունեն տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները։

«Ես իմ ընտրությունը կատարել եմ` հաշվի առնելով վերջին տարիների ձեռքբերումները Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքային համայնքի  զարգացման առումով»,- նշել է ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախագահը։

Անդրադառնալով  ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին թեկնածուների և քաղաքացիների ակտիվությանը` Ղուլյանը նկատել է , որ  բնակիչները տեղական ներկայացուցիչների ընտրությամբ կառավարման  մարմիններ ձևավորելով գիտակցում են այն կարևոր դերակատարությունը, որ կարող են ունենալ նրանք համայնքների բարգավաճման գործում։ Մասնավորապես, Ստեփանակերտի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում երիտասարդ թեկնածուների ակտիվ առաջադրումը որպես  ավագանի, Աշոտ Ղուլյանը պայմանավորել է երիտասարդների կողմից իրենց իրավունքների ու ազատությունների իրացման հարցում  նրանց ունեցած ողջ ունելի դիրքորոշմամբ։

Արցախի Հանրապետության 207 համայնքներում սեպտեմբերի 13-ին անցկացվում են տեղականինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ, որին մասնակցելու իրավունք ունի  94 377 ընտրող: Ըտրություններին մասնակցում են  235 համայնքի ղեկավարի և 1228 համայնքի ավագանու անդամի թեկնածուներ:
