ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը սեպտեմբերի 16-ին Երևանի կոնյակի գործարանում մասնակցել է Հայաստանի կոնյակագործների միության ընդլայնված նիստին, որին ներկա են եղել նաև գինեգործների միության անդամներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

«Մեր այսօրվա  նիստի հիմնական նպատակը երկու միությունների միջև համագործակցության եզրեր գտնելն ու աշխատանքների առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպումն է», - նշել է իր խոսքում նշել է Սերգո Կարապետյանը: Նախարարի խոսքով, երկու միությունների առանձին գործունեությունը մեծ արդյունավետություն չի ապահովում  և պետություն-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցությունն ավելի սերտացնելու համար նման ձևաչափով քննարկումները կարող են շատ օգտակար լինել: Սերգո Կարապետյանը հավելել է, որ տարիներ շարունակ այս ոլորտում բազում հարցեր են կուտակվել, որոնք լուծում են պահանջում և պետք է ամեն ինչ անել առաջիկայում այդ խնդիրներին լուծումներ տալու համար:

Քննարկումների արդյունքում նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանն առաջարկել է ստեղծել նախաձեռնող խումբ և մեկամսյա ժամկետում քննարկել և ներկայացնել իրենց միասնական վերջնական դիրքորոշումը երկու միությունների միավորման նպատակահարմարության  վերաբերյալ:

Քննարկման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև խաղողի մթերումների ընթացքին: Այս ենթատեքստում նախարարը նշել է, որ արդեն մեկ շաբաթ է հանրապետության 3-4 մարզերում ընթացքի մեջ են մթերման աշխատանքները, և բոլոր ընկերություններն էլ պատրաստակամ են մթերել արտադրված բերքը, սակայն ներկայումս առկա են որոշակի ֆինանսական խնդիրներ: Նախարարը նաև հավելել է, որ առաջիկա մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում բոլոր մթերող կազմակերպությունները պետք է սկսեն մթերման աշխատանքները: 

Նիստի օրակարգում են եղել նաև որակյալ կոնյակի արտադրության և արտահանման հետ կապված խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև մթերվող խաղողի որակի նկատմամբ հսկողության սահմանման մեխանիզմները: Խնդրի շուրջ զեկույցով հանդես է եկել Հայաստանի կոնյակագործների միության նախագահ Արա Գրիգորյանը: Զեկույցում կարևորվել է տեղական արտադրանքի որակի բարձրացումը, ինչը նպաստավոր պայմաններ կստեղծի հայկական կոնյակի արտահանման ծավալների ավելացման համար:

Արա Գրիգորյանը նաև կարևորել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հետ նման համատեղ նիստերի իրականացումը, ինչը թույլ է տալիս բարձրաձայնել իրենց հուզող խնդիրները։
