ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարն ԱՄՀ-ի պատվիրակության հետ քննարկել է ներդրումային մի շարք ծրագրեր

ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանն ընդունել է Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի (ԱՄՀ) առաքելության ղեկավար Մարկ Հորթոնի ղեկավարած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, պատվիրակության կազմում էին ԱՄՀ հայաստանյան մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Թերեզա Դա բան Սանչեսը, Հայաստանի գծով ԱՄՀ գործադիր տնօրենի ավագ խորհրդական Ամելիա Հուբիքը և առաքելության տնտեսագետներ:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը, նախարարի տեղակալ Սերգեյ Ավետիսյանը, Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Արման Խաչատրյանը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը խոսել է Հայաստանում իրականացվող  բարեփոխումների, այդ թվում` տեսչական համակարգի և քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի ոլորտի բարեփոխումների ընթացքի և վերջին զարգացումների մասին:

Ընդգրկուն քննարկման առարկա են դարձել  նաև տնտեսության ընդհանուր միտումները, ինտեգրման գործընթացները, ոլորտային զարգացման քաղաքականության մի շարք հարցեր: Այս համատեքստում զրույց է ծավալվել  Հայաստանում առանձին ոլորտներում արձանագրված աճի և հետագա սպասումների շուրջ:

Արծարծվել է Հայաստանի մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշների վերաբերյալ միջազգային կառույցների, այդ թվում՝ ԱՄՀ կողմից ներկայացվող կանխատեսումների հարցը: Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ կարևոր է տնտեսության միտումների գնահատումներում պահպանել հավասարակշռված և տարբեր գործոնների համակողմանի դիտարկման մոտեցումը՝ առանց գերագնահետելու արտաքին տնտեսական իրավիճակի վատթարացման հնարավոր ազդեցությունները, և, որ նույնչափ կարևոր է, հաշվի առնել երկրի ներքին ներուժը:

Կողմերը քննարկել են ներդրումային մի շարք ծրագրեր, որոնք նախատեսվում է իրագործել մոտ ապագայում: Առանձին քննարկման առարկա են դարձել  Հայաստանի՝ ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցությամբ պայմանավորված գործընթացները, ՀՀ-ԵՄ համագործակցության հետագա խորացման հնարավորությունները: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել հիմնական գործընկեր երկրների տնտեսական իրավիճակի, միջազգային տնտեսության դինամիկայի և սպասումների շուրջ հարցերին:

Հանդիպման վերջում մասնակիցները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել շարունակելու բարեփոխումների արդյունավետ գործընթացը և հաստատել իրենց լավատեսությունն ընթացիկ տարվա դրական տնտեսական զարգացումների վերաբերյալ:
