 Ազգային ժողովում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագծի քննարկումը կարելի է կայացած և ստացված համարել: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում սահկամանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը: «Եղել են տասնյակ ելույթներ, հնչել բազում առաջարկներ: Վստահ եմ՝ այդ առաջարկները նպաստելու են, որպեսզի սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծն ավելի լավը դառնա, ինչ էլ մենք ակնկալում էինք այս քննարկումներից»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Նաղդալյանը:

Նա նկատեց նաև, որ եղել են ելույթներ, որոնք բացառապես որևէ կապ չեն ունեցել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագծի հետ: Նա նշեց, որ դա ևս պետք է բնական համարել, քանի որ դա խոսում է Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության, բազմակարծության, քաղաքական ազատությունների բարձր մակարդակի մասին: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ բոլոր հիմքերը կան հավատալու, որ քաղաքական ուժերի կոնսոլիդացիան կայացել է սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների շուրջ և տվել է իր առաջին արդյունքները»,- ընդգծեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:

Նաղդալյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին դեմ արտահայտվող «ոչ»-ի ճակատի անդամները իրենց գործողություններում առաջնորդվում են զուտ քաղաքական նկատառումներով: «Եթե նրանք դուրս գան իրենց կուսակցություններից, վստահ եմ, բարեփոխումներին դեմ արտահայտվելու որևէ միտք չեն ունենա»,- հավելեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:

Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ Նաղդալյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր ակտիվորեն մասնակցել են սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների քննարկումներին: Նա շնորհակալություն հայտնեց սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովի անդամներին ահռելի աշխատանքի համար:
