ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարար Գաբրիել Ղազարյանը ՀՀ անկախության 24-ամյակի կապակցությամբ նախարարության դահլիճում կոչումներ և պարգևներ է հանձնել հայկական սպորտում ներդրումներ ունեցած և ձեռքբերումներ գրանցած մի շարք անձանց:

Նախարարի հրամանով ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի ու սպորտի զարգացման գործում մեծ ներդրում ունենալու համար նախարարության «Բացառիկ ծառայությունների համար» ոսկե մեդալի է արժանացել Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Հայկ Դեմոյանը: Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Հայկ Դեմոյանին «Հայկական սպորտը և մարմնակրթությունը Օսմանյան կայսրությունում» մենագրության համար, Գաբրիել Ղազարյանը կարևորել է գրքում զետեղված և հայկական սպորտի պատմությանը վերաբերվող բացառիկ տեղեկատվությունը և հեղինակի կատարած մեծածավալ աշխատանքը:

«Ծանոթանալով գրքին` մեծ ուրախությամբ բացահայտեցի, որ դրան պարոն Դեմոյանը հատուկ հոգատարությամբ և պատասխանատվությամբ է մոտեցել՝ ապագա սերունդներին ներկայացնելով հայկական սպորտի պատմության անհայտ էջերը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` իր խոսքում ասել է Գաբրիել Ղազարյանը:

Նախարարի հրամանով «Ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և սպորտի պատվավոր աշխատող» կոչմանն են արժանացել և համանուն կրծքանշանով պարգևատրվել մարզաշխարհի մի քանի ներկայացուցիչներ՝ ՀՀ վաստակավոր մարզիչ Հրաչյա Չանդիրյանը, ակրոբատիկայի Հայաստանի հավաքականի մարզիչ Էդուարդ Ալագյոզյանը, սեղանի թենիսի Հայաստանի հավաքականի մարզիչ Արշակ Ղարիբյանը և ՀՀ վաստակավոր մարզիչ Ռուբիկ Մովսեսյանը: Այնուհետև նախարարը «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սպորտի վարպետ» մարզական կոչում է շնորհել Համլետ Մնացականյանին (ծանրամարտ), Լևոն Մանուկյանին (ծանրամարտ), Վոլոդյա Սարգսյանին (սամբո), Արթուր Բաղդասարյանին (ազատ ոճի ըմբշամարտ), Արման Դարչինյանին (բռնցքամարտ), Արամ Ջուլֆալակյանին (հունա-հռոմեական ըմբշամարտ), Արշակ Գասպարյանին (հունա-հռոմեական ըմբշամարտ), Գայանե Չիլոյանին (աթլետիկա), Տիգրան Մկրտչյանին (աթլետիկա), Արտաշես Երանոսյանին (ակրոբատիկ մարմնամարզություն), Դավիթ Կրատյանին (սպորտային պարեր), Կարեն Գևորգյանին (սպորտային պարեր), Թագուհի Մարկոսյանին (սպորտային պարեր), Արևհատ Բաղդասարյանին (վոլեյբոլ):

Շնորհավորելով ներկաներին կոչումների և պարգևների արժանանալու կապակցությամբ` նախարարը նշել է, որ մարզաշխարհի հայ ներկայացուցիչների ձեռքբերումները և հաղթանակները հպարտանալու առիթ են հանդիասնում հայ ժողովրդի համար: «Մշտապես հիշեք, որ դուք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն եք ներկայացնում: Դա մեծ պատիվ է յուրաքանչյուրիդ համար, և այդ փաստին պետք է մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ ու պատվախնդրությամբ մոտենալ: Վստահ եմ, որ հետագայում բոլորս առիթ ենք ունենալու լսել ձեր ավելի բարձր նվաճումների մասին»,-ասել է Գաբրիել Ղազարյանը:
