From September 13 to 19 there took place an exchange project in Aghveran named Tram of Art. 7 countries taking part in the project are Armenia, the Netherlands, Italy, Czech Republic, Georgia, Ukraine, and Turkey.
The project aims at helping young artists to reveal their hidden abilities and develop their skills in the sphere of art. Another important goal of the program is to establish mutual understanding and friendship between representatives of different countries.
The schedule of the project embraces not only wide range of workshops concerning art but also a lot of fun activities and energizers to make the learning process also very interesting. So the participants learn and at the same time have a lot of fun. Moreover, each night two of the countries have a nice cultural representation about their countries’ traditional songs, dances and food.
According to our participants it’s a great opportunity for them to learn a lot of things from their new friends, why not new languages and a lot things about cultural peculiarities of other nations.
Everybody enjoys the project and nobody wants to return home. Participants happily announce that their day is so full of fun and interesting activities that they don’t feel how the day passes. They feel happy, crazy and confident. The project gave them the opportunity to express themselves freely.
What is most important that the project pays much attention to the interests of participants. As a result they are divided into 4 groups according to their preferences and they are doing 4 types of workshops namely photography, making collages, improvisation theatre and illustration.
The outcome of the workshops was represented to public in an exhibition in LOFT, the opening of which was 18th September at 17:00.
The exchange program, which is funded by Erasmus+ project is organized by Richter Foundation and Future in Our Hands NGO in Armenia.
The nice rest of the participants, the tasty food and the comfortable accommodation is provided by the hotel Best Western Aghveran. The project was financed within Erasmus + project by Dutch National Agency.
