ՀՀ Նախագահ, Երևանի պետական համալսարանի շրջանավարտների միավորման հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 23-ին մայրաքաղաքի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում ներկա է գտնվել «ԵՊՀ շրջանավարտների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության «Մատչելի բնակարան երիտասարդ գիտնականներին և ստեղծագործական միությունների անդամներին» բնակարանային ապահովության սո ցիալական ծրագրի շրջանակում կառուցված բազմաբնակարան-բազմաֆունկցիոնալ շենքի պաշտոնական բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանրապետության ղեկավարը շրջել է շենքային համալիրում, այցելել շահառուների բնակարաններ, ծանոթացել կատարված աշխատանքներին և բնակարանային պայմաններին:

Վերոնշյալ ծրագրի շրջանակում բնակարան ձեռքբերելու հնարավորություն է ստացել թվով 291 շահառու:

Մայրաքաղաքի Պարույր Սևակի 8 և 8/1 հասցեներում կառուցված ժամանակակից ճարտարապետական լուծումներով բազմաբնակարան-բազմաֆունկցիոնալ շենքային համալիրի բնակարանները շուկայականից զգալի ցածր գներով տրամադրվել են վերոհիշյալ թիրախային խմբերի երիտասարդ մասնագետներին: Բազմաբնակարան շենքերի կառուցման և սպասարկման համար նախատեսված հողամասն ունի 9800 քմ ընդհանուր մակերես: Բնակելի համալիրը բաղկացած է երկու մասնաշենքից: Բնակարանները շահառուներին հանձնվել են ամբողջությամբ վերանորոգված: Համալիրի կառուցապատման ընդհանուր մակերեսը կազմում է 38846 քÕ ´: Համալիրի հարակից տարածքը՝ շուրջ 7110 քմ ընդհանուր մակերեսով, ամբողջությամբ բարեկարգվել է, կառուցվել են նոր կոմունիկացիոն համակարգեր, իրականացվել են կանաչապատման աշխատանքներ: Շենքն ունի արտաքին լուսավորություն: Բնակարանաշինական ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմել է 5,844,049,904 ՀՀ դրամ:

Ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքում ստեղծվել են ավելի քան 800 աշխատատեղեր:
«Զեյթուն 1» շենքային համալիրի բնակարանամուտի հանդիսավոր արարողությունից հետո, Հանրապետության Նախագահն այցելել է նաև հարևանությամբ կառուցվող «Զեյթուն 2» համալիրի շինհրապարակ, ծանոթացել իրականացվող աշխատանքների ընթացքին:
